Obwohl es mit der wirtschaftliche Lage bei zurzeit nicht zum Besten steht machen wir im normalen Geschäftsbetrieb weiter. Das bedeutet natürlich auch, dass Kundenanfragen weiterhin beantwortet und Mahlversuche uneingeschränkt durchgeführt werden.

Also gilt auch wie bisher - wer Interesse an hochwertiger Zerkleinerungstechnik hat, der weiß, dass kaum ein Weg an uns vorbei führt und der sollte uns auch weiterhin kontaktieren.

Es wäre ja ein Schande, ein Kompromissprodukt zu kaufen, nur weil man nicht weiß, dass es bei noch Qualität zu kaufen gibt!

Erst gestern durfen wir wieder für einen langjährigen Kunden Versuche durchführen.
Es wurde dicke bis hin zu sehr dünner Vollfolie auf unserem STR 26/90, der eigentlich für Stanzgittervermahlung konzipiert wurde, vermahlen.
Was sollen wir sagen - hat natürlich funktioniert!

Also bei kniffligen Anwendungen führt der Weg direkt nach Aachen, wir fühlen uns aber auch weniger Aufregendes zuständig.

Although the economic situation at isn’t the best right now, we’re continuing our normal business operations. Of course, this also means that we’ll continue to respond to customer inquiries and conduct grinding trials without restriction.

So, as always—anyone interested in high-quality grinding technology knows that there’s hardly any way around us, and they should continue to contact us.

It would be a shame to buy a subpar product just because you don’t know that still offers quality!

Just yesterday, we were allowed to execute trials for a long-standing customer.
We processed everything from thick to very thin solid film on our STR 26/90, which was actually designed for grinding skeleton-waste.
What can we say—it worked, of course.

We would like to keep you all updated.

So, four weeks after filing for preliminary insolvency, what’s the latest on ?

All customers with outstanding orders have been notified, and we have agreed on a mutual plan moving forward.

New orders have been accepted under special safety measures for the customer and will be processed as much as possible within the limited timeframe.

Existing orders that cannot be fulfilled within the current timeframe are on hold until further notice.

And last but not least - the search for investors is outgoing and we’re confident that you’ll be hearing from us for a long time to come - in a positive sense.

That’s our first update for now.

One more thing close to our hearts — thank you very much to everyone for your words of encouragement, your understanding of this difficult step, and our shared hope for our company!

Also, wie steht es nun, vier Wochen nach Beantragung der vorläufigen Insolvenz, um ?

Alle Kunden, mit noch zu bedienen Aufträgen sind informiert und es wurde ein einvernehmliches weiteres Vorgehen definiert.

Neuaufträge wurden unter besonderen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für den Kunden angenommen und werden, sofern im limitierten zeitlichen Rahmen möglich, abgewickelt.

Altaufträge, die im aktuellen Zeitfenster nicht zu bedienen sind, ruhen bis auf Weiteres.

Und zu guter Letzt – die Investorensuche läuft und wir sind zuversichtlich, dass Ihr im positiven Sinne noch lange von uns hören werdet.

Es kann auch ein Traditionsunternehmen erwischen!

Ja, das Gerücht ist wahr – auch wir mussten den Antrag auf vorläufige Insolvenz stellen.

Aber ist dies das Ende eines Unternehmens mit einer über 75jährigen Tradition?
Nein, wir nehmen dies als Chance wahr nach einer wohlgeplanten Umstrukturierung stärker denn je auftreten zu können.

Also, entgegen aller Gerüchte, wir sind lieferfähig, wir bedienen weiterhin sowohl laufende als auch zukünftige Aufträge

Even a long-established companies can be affected!

Yes, the rumor is true—we, too, had to file for provisional bankruptcy due to financial difficulties.


But does this spell the end for a company with over 75 years of tradition?
No, we see this as an opportunity to emerge stronger than ever after a well-planned restructuring.

So, contrary to all the rumors in the market, we are able to fulfill orders and will continue to honor both current and future orders.

We’re clearing out our technical center to make room for the latest and newest technology.

As a result, we are currently able to offer Granulators ranging from small models like the S 15/20 L-(V) to large ones like the DX 60/100, from the S 26/41 SRV block granulator to the completely redesigned S 60/65 SRV introduced at K 2025, from a compact DELTA 26/41 compact granulator to our VD 1100 shredder-granulator combination, at highly attractive prices.
