Backend Developer
Owns the agent runtime and integration layer: APIs, orchestration services, canonical data layer, TMS integration.
Must have:
TypeScript/Node (Fastify or similar) or .NET — strong in one, willing to work in both
PostgreSQL — schema design, not just ORM usage
Azure Container Apps, managed identity (DefaultAzureCredential), Bicep or equivalent IaC
REST and event-driven integration against legacy systems with poor or partial APIs
Nice to have: Microsoft Graph, Service Bus, background job/queue patterns, freight or ERP integration experience.

Data Scientist / AI Agent Developer
Owns agent behaviour: prompts, tools, retrieval, evaluation, and accuracy in production.
Must have:
Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI or comparable LLM platform experience
Agent design in practice — tool/function calling, structured output, multi-step workflows
Prompt engineering and evaluation discipline: golden datasets, regression scoring, measuring accuracy rather than eyeballing it
Python and/or TypeScript to production standard
Document and email extraction into structured records (bookings, rate sheets, invoices)
Nice to have: RAG at scale, fine-tuning, vector search, logistics or trade document domain knowledge.
One of the two should lean toward evaluation and data quality, the other toward new agent build — worth splitting explicitly in the ads.

Frontend Developer
Owns the operator experience — where humans supervise, correct, and approve agent work.
Must have:
React + TypeScript, Next.js
Building review and approval UIs: queues, diffing, confidence display, audit trails
Design system discipline, adherence to brand guidelines
Accessibility and performance basics
Nice to have: Microsoft 365 surfaces (Outlook add-ins via Office.js, Teams bots), real-time/streaming UI, data-dense table UX.

QA / Support Engineer
Owns release confidence and production health for the agents. Not a manual click-tester.
Must have:
Test automation — Playwright for UI, API-level test suites
Testing non-deterministic systems: acceptance thresholds, sampling, regression corpora
Production triage — reading logs and telemetry, isolating agent vs. integration vs. data faults, driving fixes through Jira
Direct contact with operations users; able to translate their complaints into reproducible cases
Nice to have: OpenTelemetry / Azure Monitor, CI pipeline ownership, freight operations background.
