The Central Hub, located at the heart of Damac Lagoons, offers an incredible array of amenities such as a clubhouse, hotel, retail spaces, F&B outlets, sports facilities, and even a water cinema! 🎥⚽

Our 𝗩𝗜𝗣𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 was chosen for its exceptional durability, high elongation, and tear strength—perfect for high-traffic areas. Its root resistance also made it ideal for protecting planter boxes from potential root pe*******on. 🌱

In addition to VIPSHIELD, VIP Coatings also provided:

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀

The VIP customer Visser from the Netherlands has been using its proven coating system for ambulances based on VIP’s Cleancoat system for 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀.

Visser opted for the aromatic QuickSpray Industrial as a resilient base layer, as well as the colorfast QuickFloor 500 for a visually appealing surface - both integral parts of our 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.
✅This approach not only saves time and money but also ensures top-notch results.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀:
▪ The ambulance is taped utilising VIP’s special Nylon Wire Trim tape on the edges.
▪ QuickSpray Industrial (aromatic) is then applied using a GRACO EX-P2 machine with a Fusion gun and a 20/20 spray chamber at 120 bar pressure and 65 °C.
▪ Afterwards QuickFloor 500 is applied within a few minutes using an airless system.

🎉The results have been consistently impressive, delighting customers in the Netherlands for more than 10 years.

A successfully completed project in 📍Malaysia.

We're delighted to share the success of our 𝗩𝗜𝗣𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 in resolving persistent water leakage problems on a hotel roof in Kuantan, Malaysia!

Despite previous attempts with torch-on membranes and roller-applied PU systems, it was VIPShield's spray polyurea that delivered the solution. This 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 effectively tackled the leaks, ensuring a dry and secure roof.
