Bei einem Tagespraktikum bei der SIMON GROUP konnte Antoni den Beruf des Industriemechanikers direkt kennenlernen. Neben spannenden Eindrücken aus der Fertigung fertigte er gemeinsam mit dem Ausbildungsleiter sein eigenes Mühlespiel an. So wurde aus Theorie schnell praktische Erfahrung. 🔧

🌟 Girls’ Day bei der SIMON GROUP
Technische Berufe sind für viele Mädchen noch immer schwer greifbar. Oft fehlen Einblicke, um sich eine Ausbildung zur Industriemechanikerin wirklich vorstellen zu können. Im Alltag bleibt daher häufig wenig Gelegenheit, Technik selbst auszuprobieren und ein Gefühl dafür zu entwickeln, wie vielseitig dieser Beruf ist.
Beim Girls’ Day hat die SIMON GROUP deshalb bewusst einen anderen Ansatz gewählt. Drei Schülerinnen der Klassenstufen 6 bis 8 konnten selbst aktiv werden und ein eigenes „Vier Gewinnt“-Spiel bauen. Dabei erhielten sie einen praxisnahen Einblick in den Ausbildungsberuf der Industriemechanikerin. So entstehen aus ersten Eindrücken echte Begeisterung und vielleicht sogar der Grundstein für eine Zukunft in der Technik. 🚀

Maintaining close relationships and continuous exchange is key to long-standing international partnerships, especially when supplier and customers are based in different regions. Without regular personal interaction, opportunities for deeper dialogue and shared experiences can be limited. However, such interactions are vital for strengthening collaboration, aligning perspectives, and building lasting trust.

BETEK was therefore delighted to welcome BAUER Technologies Far East and an international group of customers to Aichhalden. During their stay in Germany, the group took the opportunity to visit BETEK. They toured the production facilities, gained insights into tungsten carbide production, the BETEK recycling process and engaged in valuable discussions about foundation drilling and BETEK solutions. This personal exchange once again emphasised the importance of proximity to customers, transparency, and strong, partnership-based collaboration.

Many worn-out tools are disposed of even though they still contain valuable tungsten carbide. This potential often remains untapped and, in the worst case, is completely lost.
Without a precisely controlled recycling process, it is almost impossible to ensure consistent quality of the recycled material. Variations in the condition of the material can complicate further processing and compromise the performance of new products.
