Combining insulation and maintenance efficiency.

Our insulation systems combine precisely fitted insulation blankets with step protection on designated areas, providing safe and practical access for inspection and maintenance. The modular design of the insulation blankets also allows individual sections to be removed and reinstalled when access to components is required.

This approach reduces the time required for maintenance work and minimizes unnecessary downtime.

Because good insulation design should not only protect equipment – it should also make maintenance as efficient as possible.

Wear, damage or dimensional deviations on shafts can affect the performance and service life of an entire machine. Removing the component for repair, however, is often time-consuming and costly.

With our mobile shaft machining, repairs and corrections can be carried out directly in the installed condition – even on large or hard-to-access shafts. Depending on the application, turning, grinding and roller burnishing can be combined in a single setup to restore complex geometries and critical bearing or sealing surfaces.

With tolerances of up to ±0.020 mm, precision is maintained where it matters most – while avoiding unnecessary dismantling and transport.

Robust insulation for large-scale applications.

For a large mixing tank, we installed a 100 mm insulation system with a trapezoidal sheet metal cladding on the cylindrical shell.

The multi-part conical top was individually adapted and finished with corrosion-resistant plain aluminium sheet cladding.

Completed in less than 10 hours.

Our Mobile On-Site Machining team recently machined a blast furnace tapping ring directly at the customer's site. The whole operation was finished in less than 10 hours, including:

✅ Equipment setup and alignment

✅ Machining (8 mm material removed)

✅ Removal of our equipment

✅ Final customer inspection

By performing machining operations directly on-site, there is no need to dismantle or transport components. Combined with fast and precise ex*****on, overall outage times are kept to a minimum.

The ARNOLD Group proudly took part in the 19th AOK Company Run in Stuttgart. Our team enjoyed the approximately 6 km route through the beautiful forest trails around the Stuttgart TV Tower, where team spirit, exercise and having fun together were the main focus.

A big thank you to everyone who represented our team and made this event such a great experience. We're already looking forward to next year's run!
