A dry conference room turned into a club.

“With U-Series and Soundscape in a 360° setup, the space no longer felt like a hotel venue – but a real club, with precise localisation of instruments and voices.”

At Zermatt Unplugged, set against the backdrop of the Matterhorn, 35,000 visitors experienced music across the village – with systems throughout.

One standout: a temporary take on the legendary Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club.

The challenge? A dry room with little natural reverberation.

The solution: a 360° Soundscape design using , shaping the room with En-Space to create a more natural, immersive acoustic – from intimate stage detail to a broader ambient feel across the space.

A great example of how sound design can change how a room is experienced.

"d…b… a…u…d…i…o… t…" 🧐

A spelling bee might focus on letters - but system design has to manage everything around them.
For the finals at Daughters of the American Revolution National Headquarters, Showcall built a system to handle low SPL conditions in a full auditorium.

With KSL mains, CCL outfills and ArrayProcessing, the setup maintained consistent tonal balance and controlled coverage, even with eight open judge mics.

R1 enabled fast, precise optimisation on site - keeping the system stable and predictable throughout.

Puskás Arena, Budapest - designed to meet UEFA Category 4 requirements ⚽

A fully weatherised d&b audiotechnik system, based on V‑Series arrays in SVS configurations and optimised with ArrayProcessing, delivers controlled SPL, high STI and consistent coverage across a 68,000‑seat bowl.

From zoning the press areas to maintaining intelligibility at scale, the system was engineered for precision and continues to perform on the world stage this year.

Kappa FuturFestival 2026 returns to Turin as Italy’s biggest EDM festival, bringing electronic music, digital arts and global audiences together at Parco Dora. For this edition, all six stages – including DJ areas – are fully equipped with d&b systems, ensuring control, consistency and clarity at scale across one of Europe’s most demanding festival environments.

Upgrading a renowned club (without closing its doors!) and without compromising its identity set the challenge for a new audio refurb at Carrusel Nightclub in Bulgaria.

Working within strict time constraints and a fixed interior, RioTone - d&b audiotechnik Bulgaria - delivered a d&b system designed for both performance and discretion. Loudspeakers were carefully integrated, while V-SUBs were reimagined as functional tables, finished in stone to minimise vibration and preserve the venue’s aesthetic.

The result is more than just an upgrade...

With cardioid subwoofer configurations and delayed low-frequency control, the system achieves consistent bass coverage and clarity across the entire club, while maintaining the character of the space.

For the venue owner, the improvements are clear: enhanced sound quality, better use of space, and a more immersive, intuitive listening experience - where the audience can physically locate the DJ and stage through sound alone.

A great example of how thoughtful system design can balance performance, aesthetics, and flexibility.
