New Ruggedized Lenses for Extreme Environments 🚀
We expand the renowned JADE and TOPAZ C-Mount lens series with new ruggedized variants. Designed for applications where reliability matters most, the new lenses address demanding imaging environments such as:

• Industrial systems operating under harsh conditions
• Aerospace and aviation
• Space applications
• Defence and security systems

In addition to their particularly robust mechanical design, the lenses feature enhanced shock resistance of up to 100 g, making them ideally suited for use in environments with high mechanical stress and vibration.

Eyes on the burn: Capturing mission-critical data 🚀
When the engines of Europe’s most powerful rocket roared to life yesterday in French Guiana, the stakes were incredibly high. As the four massive boosters propelled the 21.6-ton payload toward orbit, the mission relied on a critical sequence occurring the flight: the safe separation of the boosters. Amidst the intense vibrations and the unforgiving environment of the ascent, there is no second chance to capture the data.

That is why we are incredibly proud that our customer, Réaltra Space Systems Engineering, trusted our optics for this pivotal moment. Secured onboard the fuselage, Réaltra’s camera systems utilized our ruggedized lenses to provide monitoring of the booster abjection, ensuring the successful deployment of the Amazon Leo satellites.

We expand our Industrial Optics portfolio with the new AMBER lens family — a cost‑efficient and reliable solution for machine vision applications.

Designed for line scan and area scan systems in quality inspection and AOI, AMBER delivers highly homogeneous image quality. The launch includes four lenses — AMBER 2.8/40, 4.0/60, 4.0/80 and 5.6/100 — covering focal lengths from 40 to 100 mm, with V38 mount and support for sensors up to 82 mm.

AMBER combines compact design, vibration resistance and consistent imaging performance.
