What does CRA-ready mean?

The Cyber Resilience Act introduces new cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements. While the mandatory requirements will apply from December 2027, many companies are already planning future projects and investments today.

That's why we've introduced our CRA-ready label.

It indicates that, based on current regulatory requirements and ongoing assessments, a product is being prepared to meet the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act when they become mandatory.

Today's sessions on the PLCnext Store, apps and containers, Cyber Resilience Act requirements, and community backlog topics once again demonstrated what makes this ecosystem unique: people who are willing to share their knowledge, challenge ideas, and shape the future together.
