Project MEGA — a Royal Enfield Bear 650 reimagined by Black Cycles Australia in collaboration with Royal Enfield and Pipeburn ™.

600 hours. Five months. A one-off aluminium frame, converted 4WD wheels, hand-cut aluminium panels, and a stainless steel X-shaped exhaust. Part motorcycle, part industrial sculpture and entirely in a class of its own. motogadget provided the electronics for the build — integrating so seamlessly into the design that you have to look twice to find them:

Custom-fabricated twin top tubes, modified FL-series forks, and 23“ stainless steel spoke wheels. Handmade aluminum bodywork, split fuel tanks, and meticulous details throughout. The cockpit is defined by one precise detail: a motoscope tiny mounted on a special center-mount plate with integrated clip-on bars — keeping the design clean and uncluttered.
