Revitalised housing in Hagelberger Straße

The 1864 built residential building in the Hagelberger Straße in Berlin Kreuzberg between Victoriapark and Gleisdreieckpark is a part of the protected historic buildings of the Quartier Riehmers Hofgarten. In close collaboration with the heritage authority the historical house was carefully refurbished. The various ornaments on the street façade were elaborately brought back to life and blend with the fresh crème façade and light olive wooden windows. New balconies were added to the 22 apartments and the newly converted roof provides additional modern maisonette apartments.

Inside the new residential complex Rix Neukölln

Alongside the building construction, we could contribute designing the interior spaces - 149 fully equipped studio apartments with one or two bedrooms. Each fit out with a kitchen, bathroom and either balcony or private terrace.

Created with custom-made furniture pieces, they maximize storage and space efficiency as a response to the urban housing shortage.

The Scandi-aesthetic captivates with timeless simplicity and effortless elegance. A subtle colour scheme with warm wooden shades and a splash of bright colours characterizes the design.

We are happy to present RIX Neukölln!

Located between Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße in historic Rixdorf we've built a new housing complex under the Tannhaus brand.

The ochre brush stroke façade with extensive windows, complemented by sage green window frames and balconies harmonizes with the green surroundings. A south-facing courtyard invites for sports, relaxation, and community interaction. Slabs from existing trees which were situated on the site were repurposed for the staging of the courtyard.

A big thank you to our team and partners for making this possible. We're proud to contribute to the development of Rixdorf and welcome new residents to this vibrant community.
