We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between ELTEC Green Energy (Germany)🇩🇪, TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd. (China)🇨🇳, and PT Bumi Raya Abadi (Indonesia)🇮🇩.

Signed on 26 August 2026 by Björn Heidrich, Managing Director of ELTEC Green Energy, and Mr Sun Hecheng, Vice President of TBEA Hengyang, the MoU creates a platform for joint participation in Indonesia’s ambitious 100 GW solar programme, launched by President Prabowo Subianto.

The partners will explore opportunities across the solar-energy value chain, including:

- High-voltage transformers, substations, and grid infrastructure
- Solar PV inverters and technical qualification
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- EPC delivery for solar and storage projects
- Electrical infrastructure for industrial parks and data centres

The partnership combines TBEA Hengyang’s manufacturing and technology base, ELTEC’s project development, engineering and international logistics experience, and PT Bumi Raya Abadi’s Indonesian market access and local ex*****on capabilities.

Together, we aim to support the delivery of reliable, high-quality solar, storage and grid-infrastructure projects—strengthening Indonesia’s energy transition, grid resilience and rapidly growing digital economy.
