We were pleased to welcome a group of 15 students and 5 faculty members from the Fachbereich Textil- und Bekleidungstechnik to our DA-headquarter at in Bielefeld.
As part of the Textile and Clothing Technology program, the visitors gained practical insights into industrial sewing technology and manufacturing solutions. During their visit, they explored our sewing machines, sewing systems, and automated solutions for both the garment and industrial sectors. The agenda also included a guided tour of our company museum and an introduction to the history and development of Dürkopp Adler.
The exchange between academia and industry is an important foundation for innovation and future talent development. We are therefore particularly pleased that regular excursions as part of the university curriculum are being planned for the future.
Thank you to all participants for the great discussions and the strong interest in industrial sewing technology. We look forward to continuing this collaboration.
