preparing tomorrow’s professionals starts in the classroom 💡

falch is working closely with the local albert schweitzer gymnasium in laichingen to help students take their first steps toward a successful career.

this year, we once again welcomed students to learn about the application process, sharing practical tips on what recruiters look for, common dos and don’ts, and what they can expect when entering the world of work.

to bring the theory to life, the students also enjoyed a guided tour of our facilities, giving them a first-hand look at our different departments and valuable insights into everyday working life at falch.

supporting young talent and helping shape future careers is something we truly value.

we’re already looking forward to welcoming our new apprentices, who will begin their journey with us on september 1, 2026.

we took the opportunity once again and enjoyed a fantastic evening on our bikes. cold drinks, good food, and some easy exercise helped keep the falch team's heads cool, refreshed, and ready for the next challenge ! 😊
