From drywall and ceilings to full MEP coordination, lighting, flooring, and final brand integration, every detail aligned with Hackett’s premium retail concept.

One key challenge: dense technical installations across large parts of the ceiling.
Our solution: a custom steel structure to enable seamless integration without compromising design.

At St James Quarter, we delivered a full turnkey fit-out for Swarovski within a 4-week fast-track programme, just in time for the Valentine’s Day launch.

Our Scope:
🏗️ Full strip-out & demolition back to shell
🪵 Premium flooring installation
🧱 Drywall works including fire-rated partitions
🎨 High-quality decoration & detailed finishes
🛋️ furniture installation
💡 Complete electrical installation & HVAC systems
🚨 Sprinkler and fire alarm installation & commissioning
💪 Delivered within a live retail environment under strict mall restrictions, surrounded by hotels and residential properties, requiring carefully coordinated logistics, noise control measures and precise scheduling to maintain programme certainty without disruption.

From empty shell to pink statement in 4 weeks. 💗

At Westfield Centro Oberhausen, we delivered the new Glambou boutique in the brand’s signature soft pink, completed in just four weeks from 1–30 April 2025. ⏱️

Scope: drywall, gypsum ceiling adjustments, flooring, furniture assembly and Electrical/MEP, all under strict mall and authority requirements. ✨

Hero detail: the rounded gypsum-board niche on the left when entering, built with a custom template so furniture and architecture read as one statement piece.

Big thanks to killer for the furniture design and the Glambou and Centro teams for the smooth collaboration. 👏

Right in the heart of rail traffic – right on target: Project completion at Berlin Central Station 🚉

Since mid-September 2024, the new RELAY store at Berlin Central Station has been open and is now a popular stop for travelers every day.

We are thrilled to have successfully delivered this exciting project and handed it over to RELAY.

Constructing a store while the station is fully operational is one of the most challenging disciplines, which makes us even prouder of a result that convinces, functions, and inspires.

We’re proud to share another successfully completed project by drycon!

This time, we had the pleasure of building the new Läderach store at Schlossstraße 27 in Berlin, which officially opened its doors in November 2025.
 
After the grand opening, we revisited the location to capture some fresh impressions — and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The store has become a warm, inviting, and beautifully crafted space, perfectly reflecting the Läderach experience.
 
A special thank you to Katja Schulte for leading the project with dedication — ensuring the store was delivered on time and to the highest standards. 👏

In the heart of Paris, on Rue Saint-Honoré, we brought the Isabel Marant brand to life: turnkey, high-quality, and individually tailored, right in the middle of August. Challenge accepted.

Together with our trusted partners Canina Architectes (special thanks to Tony Ferlay) and the inspiring collaboration of Emma Z., Architecture Manager at Isabel Marant, we delivered a seamless fit-out based on teamwork, trust, and clear communication.

We’re proud to have delivered the Columbia store in Roppenheim, opened on 21.08.2025.

The project ran smoothly – the only hiccup was a few incorrect dimensions in the plans, quickly resolved with the architect ✅

From site prep to final handover, the project was coordinated by Mine Sankaya, with focus on clear communication and practical ex*****on.
