🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence – Thank you, Waldemar! 🎉

Today we celebrate 10 years of Waldemar Schefer at PROTEGO®!

Starting in single-part production, Waldemar has grown within the company and now works as a (CNC) Technologist in Production Technology. In this role, he is responsible for tool procurement, the design and optimization of clamping fixtures, and ensuring safe and reliable manufacturing processes.

With his background as a CNC turning specialist, he ensures the highest product quality and the safety of our valves. He also drives the continuous improvement of our machining strategies, including tools and machine technologies, and thus helps PROTEGO® maintain its high-quality standards and strong customer satisfaction.

His colleagues value him as a friendly, helpful teammate you can always count on. Off the job, he enjoys time with his family and their new dog 🐶 and is discovering his passion for fishing in Norway 🎣

Yesterday, our PROTEGO® team took part in the company run Braunschweig – and truly showcased team spirit. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Together with 252 companies and 6,381 registered runners, we took on the 5 km course. This spirit was on full display: we had a lot of fun, showed real team spirit, and, as every year, were excited to be part of this great event again.💡💪

FLOW Safety Days 2026 – Looking back at an inspiring event 🎥✨

The FLOW Safety Days 2026 once again proved to be a key platform for operational safety and industrial sustainability. International experts – including specialists from PROTEGO® and GOETZE – exchanged views on tank and pressure system safety and the future of safe and sustainable operations.🌍⚙️

PROTEGO® expertise was featured in a dedicated session led by Sven Zdun (Business Development Manager Southeast Asia). His presentation on “Storage Tank Safety” covered key safety layers, protective technologies and Flame Arrester Applications.
