First week exceeded all expectations! 🙌

Our new mechatronics apprentices share:
The german team is genuinely welcoming, everyone connects as equals, and you feel truly seen also as a woman. ☺️
It all started with connecting games and team challenges that set the vibe, and a climbing park day that helped everyone break boundaries and grow together.

Tag someone who should join us next year! 🙌

Start your future with a kick! 🚀

At the beginning of September, our new apprentices took their first steps in mechatronics.

What attracted them?
For some, it’s the thrill of working at height.
For others, it’s hands-on technology, the chance to master electrical skills, and understanding how the wind is turned into power.
Every story starts differently, but the passion connects them all.

Ready for your own adventure? Apply now and join our team! 💪

The energy transition in Germany is at a critical crossroads. With the planned EEG 2027 and the new grid package, additional uncertainty for companies and a setback for the expansion of renewables are looming. Instead of clear rules, planning security and investments, new obstacles are being put in the way – exactly what we don’t need right now.

That’s why we support the “Ausbauen statt Ausbremsen” (“Expand, don’t brake”) demonstration and collected many signatures for it at the trade fair. A big thank you to everyone who has already signed and shown their support. ✍️

📍 Friday, 9 October 2026, 2:00 pm – Reichstagswiese, Berlin
If we want to secure prosperity, industrial strength and energy independence, we must accelerate the expansion of renewables, not slow it down.

Four days, lots of meetings, plenty of familiar faces, and a few new ones too. Our booth and recruiting area saw so much action. The gaming corner especially became a place to hang out, chat, and just unwind after busy days. The Wednesday booth party was the perfect break from the usual hustle. Grateful for all the good conversations and laughs. 🙌

Booth party memories and expo energy! 🚀

The first days at WindEnergy Hamburg have flown by. Every chat, every handshake and every moment at the booth made these days one-of-a-kind.

Yesterday’s party was a highlight: northern german fish sandwiches, dancing, music, good conversations. ☺️

And we’re not done yet! There are still two more days to get in touch with you, share experiences and have a coffee.

Will you be coming by?
Let us know in the comments! 🙌

Ten years of Deutsche Windtechnik in Sweden! 🎉

Last week, we brought our customers and employees together for an anniversary event in Sweden.
There were inspiring conversations, laughter, and stories from our decade-long journey.
Looking ahead, it’s clear: every milestone starts with people. Our team and our partners are the reason we’re here.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to many more years! ❤️

A decade of trust. 🇸🇪

This September marks 10 years of Deutsche Windtechnik in Sweden. From an unknown name to a trusted partner, it’s always been about the people.

Our journey began with three founders and a simple idea: to give wind farm owners real flexibility and a personal connection.
Today we service hundreds of turbines, and many of our earliest teammates are still with us.
Winning major tenders, growing through big challenges, and staying close to every employee – that’s what made us strong.

Celebrate with us – leave a 🎉 in the comments!

Big changes👀

Meet Rinze Venderbosch and Niels Noordeloos – they’re leading Deutsche Windtechnik into a new chapter in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and Belgium🇧🇪.

We’re creating a clearer separation between onshore and offshore operations and putting dedicated leaders in charge. That means quicker responses, more expertise, and even closer partnerships.

Rinze looks after onshore, focusing on quality and reliability. Niels brings fresh offshore experience, making sure every wind farm benefits from full-service support.

Wish them every success in the comments! 🙌
