Step Five: Integrating the Radial Press RP 1230

After delivery and positioning, the project with P.V. Betonfertigteilwerke GmbH moves into the next phase: the Radial Press RP 1230 by PRINZING PFEIFFER is now entering on-site installation.

With the main components in place, the focus is now on the first hydraulic and electrical functional tests that require close coordination, technical expertise.

This step reflects the knowledge, collaboration and dedication of everyone involved in the project and provides a strong foundation for the next phase.

Stay tuned as the project moves towards initial start‑up and first production.

Successful Commissioning by Topwerk Langfang ✅

TOPWERK Langfang successfully reached the final acceptance and commissioning of the advanced RH 2000-4 MVA production line.

The core equipment, directly sourced from HESS GROUP, was seamlessly integrated with locally manufactured elements by TOPWERK Langfang, reflecting the strong collaboration between engineering and local ex*****on.

The installed RH 2000-4 MVA features a double vibration table configuration with a board size of 1,400 x 1,300 mm and is designed as a high-performance (M) version. Additional key components, including a hydraulic mold function, a face mix unit, a planning roller(c), and a drawplate unit, enable a robust and efficient production process.

Fully commissioned and ready for high-performance operation, the new line improves production efficiency while supporting reliable and stable day-to-day operations for the customer.
This project strengthens TOPWERK GROUP's footprint in China and sets a new benchmark for high-performance in concrete production.

This manual shotblasting line processes concrete products with precision and reliability.

Concrete layers are manually loaded into the system, where the shotblasting process removes the top cement layer to reveal the natural stone structure underneath, creating a high-quality architectural surface finish.

After processing, the products are manually removed and prepared for the next production step.

A special highlight:

This is yet another installation for this valued long-term customer, demonstrating a clear sign of trust, proven performance, and a strong partnership.
Our shotblasting solutions can also be seamlessly combined with other SRS technologies, from curling and coating to integrated handling and automation systems.

The result: perfectly coordinated process lines for efficient and high-quality concrete product finishing.

Meet the Team at PRINZING PFEIFFER

We’re excited to welcome Nick Paulson as part of our team in North America.

With more than 14 years of experience in the pipe and precast industry, Nick brings a strong combination of hands‑on expertise and in‑depth knowledge of precast machinery, sales and customer service.

Having spent seven years in precast concrete production and another seven years supporting customers with equipment solutions, he knows the realities of day‑to‑day production firsthand.

In his role, Nick focuses on growing Prinzing Pfeiffer’s presence across North America, working closely with precast producers and supporting innovative, cost‑effective production solutions.

We’re proud to have Nick on the Prinzing Pfeiffer team.

Heute hatten wir besonderen Besuch bei HESS Group: Der Klinik Teddy der DRK Kinderklinik Siegen gGmbH war bei uns in den Produktionshallen unterwegs. 🧸

Mit großer Neugier hat er unsere Produktionsbereiche erkundet, ist durch die Hallen gelaufen und hat sich unsere Maschinen und Fertigungsprozesse ganz genau angesehen. Dabei gab es für unseren kleinen Gast jede Menge spannende Eindrücke aus der Welt der Betonsteinmaschinen und Automatisierungstechnik.

Aber das war erst der erste Teil seines Besuchs:
Im nächsten Schritt wird der Klinik Teddy auch unsere Büros kennenlernen und ein kleines „Onboarding“ bei uns erhalten. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, ihm weitere Einblicke in unseren Arbeitsalltag bei HESS zu geben.

Vielen Dank an das Team der Kinderklinik Siegen, dass wir Teil der Klinik-Teddy-Kampagne sein dürfen. Mit viel Herz schafft die Kampagne viele verschiedene Einblicke und macht auf das wichtige Thema Klinikleben aufmerksam.
