Mit Wehmut haben wir vergangene Woche unsere Kollegin Birgit in den Ruhestand verabschiedet.
Über 47 Jahre war sie Teil von Elbtal Plastics – in mehreren Abteilungen und zuletzt als Kalanderführerin.
Als eine der wenigen Frauen in einem klar männerdominierten Arbeitsbereich hat sie sich mit Stärke, Herz und Humor durchgesetzt und Generationen von Kolleginnen und Kollegen geprägt.
Ein Weg, der zeigt, wie vielfältig Karrieren bei uns sein können. 💙
