As we continue our journey through YASDA's history, we're approaching the present day and exploring the major developments from 2004 to 2008. Many of these groundbreaking machines are still playing a vital role in industries today, with updated versions pushing the boundaries of precision machining.
In 2004, YASDA introduced the H40i machining centre, a 5-axis table-on-table machine with high-power direct drive (DD) motors on the B and C axes. This innovative design, coupled with high-rigidity linear guides, enabled high-speed, high-precision machining with exceptional production capacity.
Fast forward to 2006 and YASDA launched the YBM 7T machining centre, widely recognised for its outstanding milling performance. It gained global recognition for its precision and reliability in machining key components and precision parts in various industries.
This success was closely followed by the launch of the YBM 8T machining centre in 2007, which continued to impress customers worldwide with its unmatched performance in the same demanding applications.
In 2008, YASDA introduced the YBM Vi40 vertical five-Axis Jig Borer, a reliable solution for 5-axis die and mould making. Equipped with high rigidity and an accurate B/C rotary axis, it offers excellent responsiveness and delivers both high precision and superior surface quality.
YASDA's machines from the early 2000s continue to set the standard in precision manufacturing, evolving to meet modern industry needs while maintaining the reliability and accuracy on which they were built.
