❓When the cannot power on, you can perform the following checks:
✅1. Check Connection: Ensure that the inverter's power cable is correctly connected and securely plugged in. Check if the inverter is receiving the correct power input (e.g., AC power or battery power).
✅2. Check : Check if the battery is fully charged. After connecting the battery and the inverter, please use a voltmeter to test the voltage at the input terminal of the inverter to check whether the inverter has voltage input.
✅3. Check or Buttons: Make sure the switches or buttons on the inverter are in the correct position and try pressing the power-on button (the power switch is a long press switch, press and hold for about 3 seconds to turn on the power.).
✅4. Check the : If the inverter has a display, check to see if any error messages or fault codes are displayed to determine the cause of the problem.
✅5. Check the : inverter has a built-in fuse, please check whether the fuse is in good condition. If the fuse blows, simply replace the fuse and get back to work.
✅6. Check external devices: if there is another fuse or breaker installed, please remove it and connect the inverter and battery directly to test again.
✅7. Check for problems: Make sure there is no problem with the load (connected equipment) of the inverter. Too large or too small load may cause the inverter to fail to start or the protection function to trigger.
✅8. Power off and on: Try disconnecting the inverter from the mains, then wait a few minutes before reconnecting it, sometimes this can clear up temporary failures.
✅9. Refer to Product Manual: Consult the inverter's product manual or user guide for detailed troubleshooting information and solutions.
