From car mechanic to Regional Sales Lead in Switzerland.

Paulo Cunha began his career as a car mechanic before moving into telesales. Hearing “no” was part of the job, but it taught him something that would stay with him throughout his career: consistency.

Today, Paulo is Regional Sales Lead at CWS Hygiene Switzerland. His own targets still matter, but his role has grown beyond achieving results himself. He now uses his experience to coach colleagues and help them achieve theirs. 🩵

Lena Tesch and her dog F***y volunteer with the Austrian Red Cross search and rescue dog squadron. They help locate missing persons and save lives in emergencies. For that Lena and F***y regularly undergo special training. But the hard work doesn’t bother them, it just brings them even closer together.
