In this competition two offices won the first prizes. Our team is very happy to be one of them! The project proposes the transformation of this area from its existing car dominated space to a place for people. The Steinhofgärten compose a new green heart for Overath and its population. Congrats to the colleagues that also got a prize!

Our proposal was selected for the second planning phase in the competition for the densification of a neighborhood in Itzehoe. A central car free green area that protects the existing vegetation turns into an important open space in the city context and is the key element for a sustainable development of this new area.

Our proposal for the new Justice Center in Cologne. Two high-rise buildings and a common plaza create a clear identifiable and eye-catching landmark in the city’s inner green belt. We congratulate the competition’s winner team!
