🌟 Happy International Women in Engineering Day! 🌟

Today, we’re celebrating the brilliant minds driving TSMC forward. From solving complex daily challenges to pioneering sustainable technologies, our women engineers shape the future of innovation.

Hear from six of our trailblazing leaders and engineers across the globe on what drives their passion, curiosity, and growth:
💡 H.F. Chen (TSMC Academician): "Every unexpected result is a new learning that brings us closer to the truth."

👑 S.W. Lu ("Patent Queen," holding 272 US patents): "Innovation doesn't have to start with a 'grand plan'—simply addressing small problems at work and finding solutions is where it begins."

🌱 Ruby Chia (Green Manufacturing & Facility Digital Transformation Lead): "Find your passion and let it be the driving force that keeps you moving forward."

✨ Antonia Devina (CMP Engineer, TSMC Arizona): “I get to work, learn, and be surrounded by a squad of radically passionate, highly-caffeinated geniuses who treat ‘impossible’ problems as an invitation to evolve.”

💧 Silke Bremen (Technical Manager, ESMC): “I am impressed by the sustainable
production concept, the careful use of resources like water, and TSMC’s zero waste goal.”

🌏 Risa Miyatake (CMP Engineer, JASM): “Working at JASM has given me the chance to work in a global setting alongside people from all over the world. It’s really opened my eyes and pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.”

Here’s to the women pushing what’s possible!

As ESMC construction progresses in Dresden, we are proud to foster a vibrant cultural exchange between Saxony and Taiwan.

Together with the TSMC Education & Culture Foundation, we are partnering with HELLERAU to present "Taiwan Moves." This multi-year initiative brings the vibrancy of Taiwan’s contemporary art and dance directly to our neighbors in Saxony.

The opening weekend (June 12–15) was a success. highlights included:
🩰 The Germany premiere of "X aiwan Utopia"and the ritual performance "Ljuzem's Walk" by the internationally renowned Tjimur Dance Theatre.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The touching family dance piece "Als ich in deinem Alter war" by Dresden-based German-Taiwanese company Polymer DMT / Fang Yun Lo.
🏮 A lively, summer Taiwanese Market in the Hellerau culture garden in cooperation with Dresden Mandarin Schule e.V.

This is just the beginning of a multi-year journey of artistic effort! Mark your calendars for upcoming highlights later this year:
🗓️ Sept 3–5: The legendary Cloud Gate Dance Theatre with "13 Tongues"
🗓️ October: Media art by C-Lab at the HYBRID Biennale
🗓️ November: Bare Feet Dance Company with "Lingering".

Join us in celebrating this beautiful exchange!

May 5th marked a significant milestone for TSMC Arizona! We celebrated the topping ceremony for our third fab (P3) in Phoenix, a time-honored construction tradition signifying the completion of the building's structural frame. We were honored to host Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego to join TSMC Arizona leadership in celebrating the thousands of skilled workers who have supported this important project. We also extended our appreciation to suppliers, the local governments, and communities for their support. Hundreds of our construction workers cheered as the final beam was placed, completing a momentous milestone for this construction.

This ceremony is not just about a beam; it's a celebration of the remarkable progress, to date, at TSMC Arizona and our deepening commitment to manufacturing advanced semiconductor technology in the U.S. A huge thank you to all our partners and employees for their tireless efforts and exceptional work in making this vision a reality!
