ProNT GmbH

ProNT is an abbreviation of "Products of Nano Technology“ and is the name for a spin-off from the Technical University of Dresden.

ProNT was founded in 2014 and registered as GmbH in December 2015. The start-up is engaged in production and sales of semiconducting C**s (also aligned) for R&D and industrial needs and furthermore in production of boron carbide for power electronics. With new scalable synthesis technologies ProNT can offer nanomaterials in higher quality at lower price. In the field of Nanotubes ProNT delivers op

timally designed and aligned single-walled C**s which fits to the particular requirements of innovative customers. C**s can be used for the fabrication of innovative applications like field effect transistors, ultrasensitive sensors, nanophotonic, flexible thin-film displays or high-end energy storage solutions. With semiconducting ink or aligned C**s nanoelectronic circuits can be print fast and easily. Costly etch processes will be need no more. The second product are microcrystalline boron carbide (B4C) particles with sizes between 100-2.000nm which is dispersible in water and can be uses for power electronics, for UV radiation protection or military applications.
