Ein Jahr ist vergangen und der gemeinsam gepflanzte Baum trägt erste Früchte! 🍎
Vor einem Jahr pflanzten unsere Azubis des 2. Lehrjahres (Jahrgang 2024) zu Beginn ihrer Ausbildung einen Apfelbaum🌳. Da die Auszubildenden in verschiedenen Bereichen lernen und somit über das ganze Werk verstreut sind, war die Baumpflege ein erstes kleines Projekt, um in Kontakt zu bleiben. 💧Der damals junge Baum musste über den Sommer noch gewässert werden und so war es notwendig, sich untereinander abzustimmen und Verantwortlichkeiten im Team festzulegen.
Ein erstes Jahr voller Erfahrungen, Herausforderungen und Erfolge liegt nun hinter ihnen. Ein Jahr, was nicht nur die Ausbildung prägte, sondern auch die Gemeinschaft wachsen ließ – genau wie die ersten Früchte am Baum.✨
Insgesamt 11 Äpfel 🍎(einer wurde schon direkt genascht) zählten die Azubis. Aus den Äpfeln wurde ein Apfelkuchen gebacken und gemeinsam in der Mittagspause genossen – ein süßer Start ins zweite Ausbildungsjahr.

A Year Has Passed – and the Tree We Planted Together Is Bearing Its First Fruit! 🍎
One year ago, our second-year apprentices (class of 2024) planted an apple tree at the start of their training journey 🌳. Since they work across different departments and are spread throughout the facility, caring for the tree became a small but meaningful project to help them stay connected.
💧During the summer, the young tree still needed regular watering, which meant the apprentices had to coordinate with each other and assign responsibilities as a team. It was a great way to build communication and teamwork early on.
Now, after a year full of learning, challenges, and growth, they’ve not only made progress in their training but also grown closer as a group – just like the tree that now carries its first apples.✨ They counted a total of 11 apples 🍎 (one was quickly enjoyed on the spot!). The rest were turned into a homemade apple pie, which they shared during lunch – a sweet way to kick off their second year of training.
