Graphic Designer & Marketing Support
Location: Msida - Malta
Employment Type: Full-time, office-based
The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Business Development team at Academy 147, The main focus of the role will be creating visual materials for the company, including marketing content, promotional materials and course and training documents. You will also help with website updates, social media and email marketing.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Graphic Design
- Create professional graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital advertisements.
- Design brochures, company profiles, presentations, sales materials and promotional content for courses, training programs and events.
- Format and maintain technical training materials, course documents and training presentations, ensuring accurate, consistent layouts and typography.
- Prepare high-quality digital and print-ready materials, infographics and other visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Update website pages, course information, training dates and upcoming
events.
- Publish articles and company news provided by the team and carry out basic SEO checks.
- Prepare social media visuals and help publish company updates according to the team’s marketing plan.
- Design, prepare and send email campaigns and assist with managing mailing lists.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Strong graphic design skills, supported by a portfolio demonstrating high- quality digital and print work.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or equivalent design tools.
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, visual consistency and attention to detail.
- Experience preparing marketing materials, presentations and training documents.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong organization and the ability to manage design tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor or another website content
management system.
- Familiarity with social media publishing tools or email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing pages and website forms.
- Basic video filming or editing skills.
