For this year’s International Women’s Day, the campaign stands for something simple but powerful: Progress happens when we support each other. 🤝 Colleagues from across the Zeppelin Group around the world joined this campaign by showing a simple gesture: open hands. A symbol for giving and receiving, for trust, support and new opportunities. Because equity is not a one-day topic. It grows through everyday actions and through people who are willing to move things forward. Today and every day, we stand for equal opportunities, diversity and respect. Sometimes, love shows up in the most unexpected places. Not just with flowers or chocolate – but in shared passions and right in the middle of big machines.

Last year at bauma, we witnessed exactly that: a marriage proposal right in front of the 992 Wheel Loader from Caterpillar 💍

Christmas magic with lots of social impact 🎄✨

Our apprentices have once again demonstrated what social responsibility means: Together with , they organized a wonderful “Wishing Tree” campaign at Zeppelin headquarters. 🎄❤️

Stars with personal Christmas wishes from people in difficult life situations hung on the tree. And our colleagues were SO quick that all the stars were picked off in no time at all.

Now lovingly wrapped gifts lie under the tree, bringing Christmas joy to over 100 people from the Munich region. The commitment of our colleagues once again underscores the values we live by here at Zeppelin. 🎁❤️

And it’s not just happening in Garching: across many Zeppelin locations in Germany, our apprentices are involved in additional social projects, supporting, for example, youth centers, Lebenshilfe institutions and local food banks with their initiatives.

“As a foundation-owned company, these values are firmly embedded in our corporate culture and I am especially pleased to see how naturally they are embraced and lived by our youngest employees”, says Alexandra Mebus, Managing Director and CHRO of the Zeppelin Group.

How new Zeppeliner get started with us 🚀

At our last Z Welcome Day, we welcomed 220 new colleagues from 22 countries – and, for the first time, our new team members from the former PEPP companies, who are part of our Group through a recent joining! 🌍🤝

Z Welcome Day takes place virtually several times a year to welcome all new Zeppeliner worldwide and give them an initial insight into our values, vision, and business units – no matter where they start. 💻

From exciting insights into sustainability and talent development to inspiring words from our management team, the day was all about shaping the future, together. 💪

Zeppelin suits you well! ✨❤️

On November 3, it finally happened: the Pon Equipment, Pon Power and Pon Energy Rental companies became visually Zeppelin-ed! 🎉

After the joining in June, the new name and fresh look are now more and more visible and gradually expanding to buildings, vehicles, and workwear, etc.

The rebranding start was celebrated in true Zeppelin style at Dealer Day Two – with cake, laughter, and lots of Zeppelin spirit. 🍰🎈

Since June 2, the colleagues of the PEPP Group have officially been part of Zeppelin. From November 3 onwards this unity becomes visible: step by step, the companies are adopting the Zeppelin brand and visual identity. 🚀
