🌍 NEXT: From 11 Nationalities to One Leadership Community
In April, we welcomed the first NEXT cohort to our headquarters, marking the start of Schlötter's High Potential Development Programme.
Bringing together colleagues from across the Group, the session created space for people to step away from their day-to-day responsibilities and spend time learning from each other.
With participants representing 11 nationalities, conversations were shaped by a wide range of experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds. Over several days, the group explored leadership, exchanged ideas with company leaders, took a closer look at our business and worked together on recommendations for Schlötter's future.
🤝 One of the most rewarding aspects was seeing new connections form across countries and functions. Different viewpoints sparked thoughtful discussions, challenged assumptions and opened up new ways of looking at familiar challenges.
🌱 NEXT is about supporting talented colleagues as they continue to grow, while creating stronger links across our international organisation. The relationships and conversations that started in April are every bit as important as the training itself.
What's next? In December, the group will reunite in Ireland to renew friendships, share new experiences, and continue their mutual learning.
