Große Projekte bestehen aus vielen Meilensteinen – und jeder einzelne bringt uns dem Ziel ein Stück näher.
Ein wichtiger Meilenstein unseres Großprojekts ist erreicht: Vergangene Woche haben wir gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden Hackländer die erfolgreiche Vorabnahme von zwei hochmodernen Laserschneidanlagen in unserem Werk durchgeführt. Damit ist der Weg für die Auslieferung der Anlagen frei.
Beide 20 kW ELEMENT L Faserlaseranlagen sind mit dem Fasenschneidkopf Bevel-U sowie einem automatischen Düsenwechsler und einem Gasmischer ausgestattet. Eine der Anlagen verfügt zusätzlich über ein Bohraggregat mit 12-fach-Werkzeugwechsler.
Das Projekt geht jedoch weit über die Lieferung der beiden Laserschneidanlagen hinaus. Zum Gesamtumfang gehören außerdem Laserschutzeinhausungen mit Wechseltisch- und Filtersystemen, ein vollautomatisches Materialbewegungssystem, das Picksystem ICSORT sowie die Software OmniFab zur Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung des gesamten Materialflusses – vom ersten Blech im System bis zum fertig geschnittenen und auf Palette abgelegten Bauteil.
„Die erfolgreiche Abnahme gibt uns das notwendige Vertrauen für die nächsten Projektphasen. Jetzt geht es darum, die einzelnen Bausteine zu einem durchgängigen automatisierten Gesamtsystem zusammenzuführen“, betont Reinhard Ley, Geschäftsführer von Hackländer.
Mit dieser Investition schafft das Unternehmen, das zur SPAETER Gruppe gehört und zu einem der führenden Stahlhandelsgesellschaften Deutschlands zählt, die Grundlage für eine hochautomatisierte, leistungsfähige und zukunftssichere Fertigung.
Als Nächstes stehen die Montage der Laufbahnen sowie die Installation der Tische beim Kunden an. Über die weiteren Meilensteine dieses spannenden Projekts werden wir in den kommenden Monaten regelmäßig berichten.

Major projects are made up of many milestones – and each one brings us one step closer to the goal.
We have now reached an important milestone in one of our major projects: Last week, together with our customer Hackländer, we successfully completed the pre-acceptance of two state-of-the-art laser cutting systems at our production facility. This marks the green light for the delivery of the machines.
Both 20 kW ELEMENT L fiber laser cutting systems are equipped with the Bevel-U bevel cutting head, an automatic nozzle changer, and a gas mixing system. One of the machines is also fitted with a drilling unit featuring a 12-position automatic tool changer.
However, the project extends far beyond the delivery of the two laser cutting systems. The overall scope also includes laser safety enclosures with shuttle table and filtration systems, a fully automated material handling system, the ICSORT picking system, and the OmniFab software platform for controlling, monitoring, and optimizing the entire material flow – from the first sheet entering the system to the finished cut part placed on a pallet.
"The successful pre-acceptance gives us the confidence we need for the next phases of the project. Our focus now is on integrating all individual components into one seamless, fully automated production system," says Reinhard Ley, Managing Director of Hackländer.
With this investment, the company – part of the SPAETER Group and one of Germany's leading steel trading companies – is laying the foundation for a highly automated, high-performance, and future-ready manufacturing operation.
Next on the agenda is the assembly of the tracks and the installation of the tables at the customer’s site. We will continue to share updates on the upcoming milestones of this exciting project over the coming months.
