🐾🌿 Great conversations at KIN Roundtable PETFOOD

Last week, our colleagues Dennis and Andreas had the pleasure of attending the KIN Roundtable PETFOOD in Neumünster, an event that once again brought together professionals from across the pet food industry to exchange knowledge and discuss current developments.

One of the highlights was Andreas' presentation, "Smart Thickeners: Classic Hydrocolloids and Fiber-Based Alternatives". It was a great opportunity to share insights into the evolving role of thickeners in pet food formulations and to engage in valuable discussions with industry experts.

A big thank you to KIN e.V. for organising another great event, and to everyone who attended the presentation or stopped by to speak with us. We appreciate the conversations and look forward to seeing you again at future industry events.

Congratulations, Ben! 🎉

We're proud to announce that Ben, has successfully completed both his apprenticeship and his Business Administrator in Foreign Trade (BIA) qualification.
The BIA is a dual-qualification program that combines vocational training with an additional business administration qualification.

With extensive experience across the region, Daniel will focus on developing new supplier relationships and strengthening existing supply networks. Working closely across sourcing and sales, he will help connect customer requirements with competitive supply solutions and support sustainable business growth.

Would you know what to do in an emergency?🚑

Knowing how to react quickly and correctly can make all the difference. That’s why our colleagues recently took part in a first aid training course to refresh their knowledge and continue their role as workplace first aiders. To ensure our first aiders are always prepared and their skills stay up to date, this training is repeated every two years. A big thank you to everyone who takes on this important responsibility and helps us create a safer workplace! 🙌

We had a visitor last week! 👀

Anna Radlowska, from our Polish office spent a few days with us in Hamburg.
Although we're in regular contact, there are always things that work better face-to-face. From catching up on current projects and discussing market developments to simply spending time together, the visit was a good reminder of how valuable personal exchanges remain.
It's easy to focus on products and logistics, but strong cooperation starts with the people behind them.
