Cybersecurity never rests! Two week ago I had the opportunity to join the AI in Cybersec - Project Glasswing VIP Showcase and meet many Belgium Cybersec experts. The central topics were the vulnerability detection capabilities by Mythos and other AI models and their threat potential in the hands of criminals and geopolitical players. Project Glasswing analyzes the mythos capabilities in a very restricted group of organizations.

No European organization is part of this initiative. Therefore, we must leverage the chances of the available tool capabilities on our own.

Next week, we will be participating in the Cyberresilienz 2026 event hosted by the Wirtschaftsförderung Hannover.

I will be presenting the topic of the transition to Post-Quantum Cryptography, a key building block for future-proof cyber resilience in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

After many years of providing consulting services across Germany and Switzerland, we are especially excited to introduce Quant-X Security & Coding GmbH in our home region.

The end of our Quant-ID project is near! Soon, we will present the key results of our research. Catch a preliminary glimpse, the QRNG output on our website https://quant-id.de/.

The visualized quantum random bits are based on vacuum fluctuations. Post-processing eliminates side information, a stochastic model determines parameters and the min-entropy of the device, and statistical tests monitor the quality of the QRNG output.

The QRNG is developed by the Fraunhofer IPMS. Universität Regensburg and Quant-X Security & Coding GmbH supported the development and security proof with mathematical and security analyses in line with BSI AIS 20/31, NIST SP 800-90 and chosen public QRNG papers.

The project Quant-ID is funded by the Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt.
