We’ve all experienced it—searching for a critical part only to find the system says it’s in stock, but the shelf tells a different story.

One of our valued customers in Alabama faced this exact challenge. A mechanical issue damaged a belt essential to their production process, and they needed a replacement as soon as possible.

Fortunately, they knew who to call. This wasn’t a small belt—3,800 mm wide and 120 meters long—, and it was two states away. Our North Carolina emergency fabrication team sprang into action. Material was cut, prepared, and a courier arranged. In less than 14 hours, the belt was fabricated, transported across three states, and installed—minimizing downtime and keeping production on track.

This story underscores the value of having the right partner—one who answers the call and delivers. Forbo was there for this customer, and we can be there for you, too.
