That’s why we’ve invested in advanced training for our sales and engineering teams, with a sharp focus on field-ready solutions that drive performance and uptime. Another successfully completed course at our very own 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 – guaranteed to satisfy customer’s demands excellently.

Our latest internal training covered the full spectrum of low and medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) for all oilfield environments—whether indoor, outdoor, or desert. We also introduced our newest generation of accessories: sine-wave filters, compact two-stage passive filters offering 24-pulse-like performance (ideal for retrofits), transformer integration, remote monitoring, and optimized service concepts.

One of the key upgrades: our latest ALC Controller platform, which lets operators run 𝗘𝗦𝗣, 𝗛𝗣𝗦, 𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗖𝗣, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗖𝗣 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀—all with the 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗩𝗙𝗗 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁. This means more flexibility in the field, fewer spare parts, and simplified commissioning.

A few months ago, we had the opportunity to support 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗼 - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼., 𝗟𝘁𝗱 with a comprehensive well test operation in Croatia — and we’re proud to say it was a success, with a highly satisfied customer.

We conducted a drawdown test across a wide flow range — from as low as 5 liters/s up to over 30 liters/s — with the pump set at ~800 meters depth, delivering more than 400 meters of head.

Our scope covered the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲, including:

✅ Complete ESP pumping system including surface and downhole equipment
✅ VFD container with remote transformer
✅ All surface cabling and handling tools
✅ Full installation, service, and testing crew to support 24/7 operations

In addition to the 675-series string, designed and prepared based on customer-provided data and expectations, we also prepared a second, smaller 540-series spare string — capable of handling lower rates — to ensure flexibility in case actual well conditions differed from initial assumptions.

At the end, we successfully delivered water at the customer's maximum desired rate of 35 liters/s at ~80°C, achieving full performance targets.

“It was an exciting opportunity to present our geothermal brand, 𝗚𝗲𝗼 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀, and introduce our innovative solutions to a new audience”, reported Max Bilfinger, Sales Manager for Western Europe at Oil Dynamics GmbH, after attending 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻é𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗚é𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘴 in Biarritz, France.

At the end of June, we had the pleasure of participating in 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻é𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗚é𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗲 – our very first geothermal conference in France. It proved to be an informative and constructive event for all involved, as France enters a pivotal phase for deep geothermal energy: Strong government support, solid financial backing and a growing pipeline of projects all point to rapid sector growth. Challenges remain—primarily around drilling risks and insurance coverage—but new frameworks and technical guidelines are closing these gaps. If current momentum continues, France can expect deep geothermal to become a mainstream renewable heating source by 2030.

“Throughout the event, we had many valuable conversations, made promising new contacts, and gained key insights into the future of geothermal energy in the region,” Bilfinger added.

In his opening address for the conference, French Prime Minister François, announced the launch of a “commando géothermie” to present concrete proposals by September—covering re-use of old boreholes and integration into heat networks.

Last month, we marked a big milestone—𝗢𝗜𝗟 𝗗𝗬𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗚𝗠𝗕𝗛’𝘀 𝟏𝟎𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆—with a fun-filled summer party at the beautiful “Weldegarten” in Plankstadt.

Over 100 guests came out to celebrate, including shareholders, business partners, and colleagues from both our locations in Germany and our service center in Romania.

The party kicked off in a relaxed garden setting, complete with classic beer tables, a cozy indoor space, and that unmistakable 𝗢𝗜𝗟 𝗗𝗬𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗚𝗠𝗕𝗛 family atmosphere. These get-togethers have become a tradition over the years — giving everyone a chance to catch up, meet new faces, and enjoy some well-deserved appreciation. It’s a great way to connect outside of work and celebrate what we’ve achieved together.

In his speech, CEO Mr. J.S. looked back on our journey—from our founding in Heidelberg on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓, to growing into a global company known for custom-built ESP/HPS pump systems used in oil & gas, water and geothermal applications. He also gave a shout-out to the strong partnerships and multicultural team spirit that define OIL DYNAMICS GMBH across all our locations.

A highlight of the event was recognizing some of our long-standing team members. Raza and Linda, two of OIL DYNAMICS GMBH ’s very first employees were honored with a gift and a certificate of thanks. Plus, a round of applause and gifts went to Alexander and Melanie for their 5-year work anniversaries.

Then it was time for the fun to really start. In true Rhine-Neckar style, the local marching band “A Weng Gugga” brought their lively “Guggenmusik” to the stage — getting everyone dancing, laughing, and enjoying the moment. It was the perfect way to celebrate our first ten years and toast to many more ahead.

In 2024, Oil Dynamics GmbH supplied 200 sets of 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽s and additional Downhole and Surface equipment, maintained by 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 to Ukrainian oil and natural gas extracting company, 𝗣𝗝𝗦𝗖 Укрнафта. We have recently received the positive recommendation letter from 𝗣𝗝𝗦𝗖 "𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗮" upon the successful completion of the agreement.

“The delivered equipment meets all the declared characteristics and is used to intensify production from our fields", Serhii Yeromin, Chief Procurement and Technical Support Officer at the PJSC "Ukrnafta”, stated. “The equipment was delivered in full and in accordance with the Master Service/Equipment Supply Agreement. We have no complaints about the quality of the equipment and completeness of delivery.”

At this year’s 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 our company made an audience impact presenting a specially developed pump: “𝟏𝟏𝟏𝟎-𝟏𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎𝟎". The lecture was held on May 21st 2025 during a full day conference at Technisches Museum Wien. Examples of real geothermal applications for this pump were included to the presentation.

In his presentation “High Flow Rate Pump Development for Geothermal Application”, Oil Dynamics Sales Manager Max Bilfinger explained the details to this innovative high-flow-rate, multistage pump, designed for demanding geothermal applications. It was developed by our company’s engineers in cooperation with Jaberg and Partners, whose represent Stefan Höller joined with us in Vienna, Austria.

“This pump exemplifies our commitment to efficiency, robust performance, and long-term reliability,” Bilfinger said. “We are proud of our in-house engineering team and Fluid Dynamics experts from Prof. Dr. Jaberg and Partners for this sustainable technology that supports the energy transition. Many thanks to the organizers and all participants for the insightful discussions. We’re excited to keep driving innovation within the geothermal community.”

The Geothermal District Heating and Cooling Days 2025 took place in Vienna, Austria, from May 20 to 22 May 2025 at Technisches Museum Wien. It was organized by the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC), in collaboration with the Austrian Geothermal Association, and GeoSphere Austria, and supported by SAPHEA project.

Earlier this month, Oil Dynamics, upskilled its employees on “𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀” with an inhouse seminar week. This 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 is part of 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 which frequently qualifies our team of engineers on the company’s industrial focal points.

During five intensive training days, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗺𝘆𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀, with over 40 years of experience in pump systems, conducted a detailed technical training on designing HPS systems and Quality measurements. “This deepened education of our team will improve Oil Dynamics’ design, sales and the quality of each tailor-made product for the clients”, Smyrnis said.

Oil Dynamics Academy regularly offers different training programs that combine 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. Extraordinary circumstances certainly create ultimate innovations. That’s how the “𝟕𝟔𝟓-𝟓𝟓𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽” was born. Oil Dynamics GmbH unveiled its latest innovation pump at GeoTherm Expo in Offenburg, Germany which attracted the attention of industry professionals.

“The challenge was to develop a pump that would fit in a 𝟗-𝟓/𝟖 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 and deliver 𝟒𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 – 𝟓𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝗯𝗽𝗱 at the best efficiency point”, tells Andy Limanowka, head of the R&D department at Oil Dynamics GmbH. In cooperation with the Jaberg und Partner GmbH und scientists from the University of Graz, Austria, we created a pump stage that would exactly meet these criteria. “We wanted an 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽, where the 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱=𝗳 (𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄) 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲 would show no saddle. This makes the pump stable in the whole operating flow range”.

After intensive months of research, “765-55000 Pump” was launched. It complies with a broad flow range for seasonal flexibility. The device itself is made of 𝟏𝟕-𝟒 𝗣𝗛 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹.
