In July, our colleagues came together in Pilsen, Czech Republic, for our semi-annual Sales & Budget Meeting. While the agenda included discussions about upcoming projects, priorities, and future plans, the real value of these meetings also lies in bringing people together.

As part of the trip, we explored the beautiful city of Pilsen and enjoyed a guided tour of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery Museum, where we learned more about the history and brewing tradition behind one of the world's most famous beers. And of course, we couldn't leave without enjoying the occasional beer together. 🍺

We are now fully ready to roll-out at full steam, the roadmap that we defined and committed to for 2026 and beyond! Wait for the coming news 😉

Watching a project take shape on site is one of the most rewarding moments in plant engineering.

In the Middle East this time, our complete processing plant for graded industrial sand is making great progress and with every new installation step, the project becomes more and more a reality. What was once an engineering concept is now transforming into a fully integrated processing plant.

Congratulations to three of our colleagues on successfully completing the Raw Material Processing education program at Montanuniversität Leoben! 🎓

It was a pleasure to see you celebrating this important milestone while taking part in the university's long-standing graduation traditions. The festivities featured the traditional Bierauszug, a ceremonial procession through Leoben up to the Massenburg accompanied by the university brass band and graduating students, the Rector's address in front of the university and the singing of the traditional academic anthem, Gaudeamus Igitur.

This achievement reflects dedication, perseverance, and passion for lifelong learning. We are proud of what you have accomplished and look forward to seeing the knowledge and experience you have gained contribute to the continued success of AKW Equipment and Process Design.

𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱! 🚀

AKW Equipment + Process Design will supply a highly customized sand processing package for an asphalt recycling project, that integrates classification, desliming and dewatering technologies.

The system is designed to maximize sand recovery and ensure its efficient classification, for reliable downstream re-usage.

We look forward to delivering another successful project and sharing updates along the way.

🚛 𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

Another major shipment left our yard. Safely packed and carefully prepared, our equipment has been loaded onto 11 trucks and is now on its way to final destination.

Behind every shipment lies months of planning, engineering, manufacturing, and teamwork. Seeing these units leave our facility marks an important milestone and brings us one step closer to supporting our customer's operations on site.

We wish our equipment a safe journey and look forward to the next project phase.

Three of our colleagues from the Spare Parts and Service team recently visited Otto Dörner to inspect the process unit supplied by AKW Equipment + Process Design and to gain a broader understanding of the complete facility, its operations and future needs.

The meeting provided a great opportunity to gain valuable on-site impressions, have productive discussions and exchange on project updates. Thank you to the OTTO DÖRNER team for the warm welcome and constructive exchange.

Successful projects are built on trust, collaboration, and open communication.

📦 𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝘅 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁!

Soon, AKW Equipment + Process Design will begin the installation of a state-of-the-art processing unit for industrial clay, marking another important milestone.

The plant is scheduled for delivery and commissioning by Christmas time 2026, and will supply high-quality processed clay directly to the neighboring ceramic tile factory, supporting its growing demand for premium products.

We are excited to contribute to this project and look forward to sharing more updates as construction and installation progress.
