ITG liefert zwei hochmoderne Einzelstab-Induktivvergütungsanlagen – EVA I und EVA II – an die Georgsmarienhütte (GMH). Die Systeme decken einen Durchmesserbereich von 20–100 mm ab, bieten über 35.000 t/Jahr Vergütungsleistung und reduzieren den Verzug so deutlich, dass kostenintensive Richtprozesse entfallen können.
Durch die vollständige Level-2-Integration und die lückenlose Rückverfolgbarkeit jedes einzelnen Stabes erfüllt GMH nun anspruchsvolle Standards wie AIAG CQI-9 und ASTM A1100. Das zentrale Leitwartenkonzept minimiert manuelle Eingriffe und maximiert Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Prozessstabilität. Gleichzeitig schafft das Konzept moderne, computergestützte Arbeitsplätze, die Mitarbeitende optimal bei Überwachung und Steuerung der Anlagen unterstützen.

ITG has delivered two state-of-the-art single-bar induction quench and temper (Q&T) systems – EVA I and EVA II – to Georgsmarienhütte (GMH). Covering diameters from 20 to 100 mm and offering more than 35,000 t/year heat-treatment capacity, the systems significantly reduce dimensional distortion, eliminating the need for downstream straightening.
Full Level‑2 integration ensures complete traceability and compliance with demanding standards such as AIAG CQI‑9 and ASTM A1100. The central control‑room concept enhances safety, availability and process stability, while providing fully digitalised, ergonomic operator workstations.
These installations support GMH on its path towards climate neutrality by 2039 through highly efficient induction technology.
