Back in São Paulo: Meet RATEC at Concrete Show South America 2026
After a long break, we’re excited to return to Concrete Show South America. For the first time in several years, RATEC will once again be there as an exhibitor. We’re looking forward to meeting familiar faces again, catching up with long-standing partners and customers, and starting conversations with new contacts from across South America and beyond.

Unser Sommerfest 2026 – heiß, bunt und entspannt

Letzten Donnerstag feierten wir unser Sommerfest mit unseren Mitarbeitenden und ihren Familien. Das Wetter zeigte sich dabei von seiner abwechslungsreichen Seite: knapp 40 Grad, kräftiger Wind, ein paar Regentropfen und zum Abschluss sogar ein Regenbogen.

Neben Grillen und entspanntem Beisammensein war einiges geboten:
🏗️ Beim Torwandschießen wurde ehrgeizig um die meisten Treffer gekämpft.
💦 Die Wasserhüpfburg war bei den Kindern durchgehend in Beschlag.
🍦 Und als der Eiswagen vorbeikam, war die Schlange schnell länger als die am Grill.

Mit jedem neuen Teammitglied wächst auch unsere Runde beim Sommerfest. Umso schöner ist es, wenn sich Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Partner und Kinder kennenlernen und einen entspannten Nachmittag miteinander verbringen können.

Danke an alle, die dabei waren und den Tag mit Leben gefüllt haben. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Sommerfest!

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 - Meet Tamás - Part 1
Behind every technical solution are the people who develop it. With our new interview series, we want to introduce the engineers and project managers who turn ideas into practical solutions and explain what makes them unique.

Our first guest is Tamás, who talks about a modular mould for transformer station production. It is the sixth mould of its kind delivered to this customer and demonstrates how engineering solutions continue to evolve over time.

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲, 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗼!
After more than 25 years of working alongside RATEC in the Italian market, Filippo Scotti will retire on June 30.

Over the years, Filippo has been a trusted contact, first and foremost through his commitment to customers and partners, and most recently through his role at Tecnogrip, part of the Damilano Group.

As we look back, many memories come to mind: evenings together at bauma, visits to Hockenheim, shared meals, interesting discussions and many enjoyable moments beyond day-to-day business.

One thing we will certainly miss is Filippo's unique ability to switch effortlessly between languages. Around our team, he became known as the "best English-speaking Italian" – a title he still holds today. 😊

Thank you, Filippo, for your loyalty, reliability and friendship throughout all these years. It has been a pleasure working together.

We also welcome Alessandro Coveri, who will take over the role going forward, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration in Italy.

Nach 20 Jahren und 5 Monaten verabschieden wir unseren Kollegen Ismail in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand. 🎉🌴

In all den Jahren war Ismail ein wichtiger Teil unseres Schweißerteams im Magnetschalungsbau. Mit seiner Erfahrung, seinem Einsatz und seiner ruhigen Art hat er unser Team geprägt und viele Spuren hinterlassen.

Ein besonderes Abschiedsgeschenk durfte dabei natürlich nicht fehlen: Eine von unserem Team entworfene und gefertigte Tasche aus Stahl aus eigener RATEC Herstellung – als Zeichen unserer Wertschätzung und als Erinnerung an viele gemeinsame Jahre.

Lieber Ismail, vielen Dank für deine langjährige Treue, die gute Zusammenarbeit und die Freundschaften, die in dieser Zeit entstanden sind. Wir werden dich als Kollegen und Menschen vermissen.

Für deinen neuen Lebensabschnitt wünschen wir dir vor allem Gesundheit, viele schöne Erlebnisse und genügend Zeit für alles, was bisher vielleicht zu kurz gekommen ist.

Product of the month: Steel Anchor Channel Magnets 🧲

Sometimes it’s the small, practical helpers that make a big difference in everyday precast production. Our Product of the Month for June is a perfect example: Steel Anchor Channel Magnets, designed to make the fixing of anchor channels faster, safer, and more efficient.

Magnetic on both the top and bottom, these magnets provide a reliable solution for positioning anchor channels on casting tables or formwork. The profiled enclosure around the magnets is precisely designed to match the respective channel type.
