HEPU® PK06691 is a complete timing belt kit with water pump P669 - designed specifically for VAG 1.6 / 2.0 TDI engines.

The P669 is not a standard pump. It features a switchable flow valve that controls coolant circulation - helping the engine reach operating temperature faster. Smart design. But demanding in service.

• Always flush the cooling system before fitting
• Never touch the impeller or valve mechanism bare-handed
• Clean contamination = long pump life

ATBS is in full swing, and we're genuinely impressed.

The turnout at our stand has exceeded all expectations. Mechanics, workshop owners, and trade professionals have been stopping by non-stop - asking questions, sharing their field experience, and giving us real, unfiltered feedback on 𝐇𝐄𝐏𝐔® 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬. That kind of direct conversation is something no digital channel can replace.

We came to present our complete product portfolio - from timing kits and water pumps through thermal management to fluids and emission systems. But what we're taking away is just as valuable: a clear picture of what the market needs and confirmation that the HEPU® name resonates with professionals who care about repair quality.

Our training specialist has just completed a technical session with mechanics at 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 - and what a turnout!

Our latest technical guide focuses on a well-known issue: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐒𝐀 𝐃𝐕𝟓 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧. Vehicles from 2018–2022 were equipped with a 7 mm chain that operates beyond its design limits. The manufacturer moved to 8 mm - and for good reason.
