Solar modules prices increase will go on

Solar panel prices rose significantly since the second quarter of last year due to an increasing shortage of polysilicon, glass, silver, and module frames. It is expected that due to rushing demand, prices wont stop rising for at least the next six months or longer, until sufficient capacity ramps up.
In combination with the increasing shipping rates, this sums up to a really painful effect along the whole supply chain.
However, we stay positive. All this will go by, the world will turn back to normal again and the sun keeps shining ☀️😁🙌

6 GW of new solar for Germany in 2021

It is expected that the German photovoltaic market would grow by 23% this year, compared to 2019. The main share will come from residential PV business, but strong growth is expected for large scale projects as well.
Alpha Solar Planet is looking forward to that! 😁👍☀️

2020 is coming to an end. It has been a year with ups and downs. Despite a global pandemic, it was very challenging to all of us. However, in the world of photovoltaics, this has been a very successful year too. About 120 GW of new installations have been done worldwide. And 2021, when the world turns back to normal again, looks even more promising.
So, Alpha Solar Planet would like to say thank you to wish all our customers, partners, and colleagues and wish you merry christmas and a happy new year.
We are looking forward to see you in 2021!

Two million photovoltaic systems in operation in Germany

In October 2020, the two millionth photovoltaic plant in Germany went into operation. The photovoltaic systems installed in Germany generate around 50 billion kilowatt hours of solar power annually and could thus cover the electricity consumption of 17 million average households in Germany.
Alpha Solar Planet says: Congratulations, Germany. This is a great milestone for a cleaner world! 😁☀️👍😍

Photovoltaic gets cheaper than coal

Analyst from Wood Mackenzie say that South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam will be among the countries where photovoltaic projects are cheaper than new coal-fired power plants within next year. India and Australia have reached that already. By 2030, enormous price advantages for photovoltaic are expected in these countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
