FILTECH fair, Cologne

The filtration industry will meet in Cologne from June 30 to July 2, 2026. Together with Dürkopp Adler and KSL we will show innovative solutions for the production of textile filters such as filter bags, pleated filters, filter pockets, filter cloths, etc. in hall 7, stand no. K24.

The joining methods SEWING as well as ULTRASONIC, HOT-AIR and HOT-WEDGE are used for the assembly of the filters. Our experts at the trade fair, with unique know-how in materials and joining technology, will provide you with expert advice during the three days of the event.

New single-head ultrasonic welding unit with innovative material feed for Processing pleated filters and similar articles

PFAFF 8311 CS dual
Programmable ultrasonic welding machine as double-wheel solution CUT & SEAL DUAL. Cutting, edge sealing and welding of a second seam in ONE operation. The machine is ideally suited for use on a filter tube production line (e.g., PFAFF 4504)

PFAFF 8320
Programmable hot-air and hot-wedge welding machine with special tube guiding (feeding) for the filter tube production.

Dürkopp Adler 550-869-G-100-M
M-TYPE twin needle cylinder arm machine in longarm version equipped with a step-motor driven rotating arm for attaching (sewing) metal rings on long tubular filters up to 10 m.
KSL has upgraded the high-speed manufacturing system for filter bags.

The FPS 300 is a high-efficient, full-automatic production line with maximum degree of automation. The machine is not being shown at the trade fair, but a new video is available:

Texprocess 2026 – Performance show and industry meeting!

Strong presence of the brands Dürkopp Adler, PFAFF Industrial, KSL, Richpeace, Habraken and Liersch at TEXPROCESS 2026. Over the four days of the trade fair, visitors were able to experience around 50 modern machines and automation solutions for the textile and leather processing industry at the impressive, over 500 sqm exhibition booth.
