Compressed air is essential for operating the brakes and air suspension on semi-trailers, which is why both the Trailer Mover 40To and Trailer Mover 20To are equipped with a compressor to ensure a sufficient air supply through the red and yellow hoses.

To make sure the system has enough pressure, we measure the air pressure in the hoses. In this case, the red connection shows 8 bar, which is sufficient to release the semi-trailer’s brakes and activate its air suspension.

Both the brakes and air suspension can then be adjusted using the control panel on the semi-trailer. ⚙️

Equipped with a 5th wheel king-pin coupler (optional height adjustable 100–140 cm), the TM40is designed for pushing and pulling trailers up to 40,000 kg, especially empty or lightly loaded trailers.

Thanks to large tyres and excellent ground clearance, it performs reliably indoors and outdoors, even on badly paved grounds.

This is the Multi-Mover XL75, equipped with a 160 kg weight plate, bringing the total weight to 400 kg for good traction. With 18-inch pneumatic tyres, a 22 cm wide turf profile and a twin-tube swivel castor, the XL75 offers comfortable maneuvering over unpaved terrain.

Need a different setup? Winter, field and beach tyre profiles are also available.

Ideal for moving sales trailers, boat trailers and heavy trailers over unpaved terrain. 💪

This is the Multi-Mover 4XL, with a kerb weight of 6,000 kg.
This model is fitted with an optional hitch, allowing different types of couplings to be mounted at various heights.

Using the inching buttons, you can move the Multi-Mover slowly forwards and backwards, the last few inches towards the trailer so that one person can couple it.
Inching is also available on other models and comes as standard on the 4XL

This model is fitted with two motors and hydraulic brakes. Various coupling options are available. Thanks to its large tyres, high ground clearance and a pulling force of 35,000 N, it performs reliably on uneven surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. Safe, robust and easy to operate.
