𝗪𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵ä𝘁𝘇𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗳ü𝗿 𝟭𝟬 𝗝𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻
Ein Jahrzehnt Engagement, Kompetenz und Teamgeist – dafür wurde kürzlich 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗲, aus dem Order Fulfillment bei Baumer hhs, anlässlich seines 10-jährigen Dienstjubiläums geehrt. 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲 und Frauke von Knoop gratulierten im Namen des Unternehmens und würdigten seine Verdienste.

𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗲 ist für Baumer hhs längst mehr als nur ein erfahrener Kollege. Mit seiner umfassenden Fachkenntnis und seinem lösungsorientierten Ansatz sorgt er seit Jahren für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung und ist damit eine tragende Säule im Order Fulfillment. Besonders geschätzt wird seine Bereitschaft, seine Expertise weiterzugeben und neue sowie jüngere Mitarbeitende zu unterstützen.

Zuverlässige und erfahrene Mitarbeitende sind entscheidend für den Erfolg eines Unternehmens. Deshalb ist Baumer hhs besonders stolz auf so eine große Firmentreue in der Belegschaft.

Mit Stolz und großer Freude durfte Baumer hhs am 4. Dezember die Auszeichnung als𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 entgegennehmen.

Die Ehrung wurde vom Krefelder Netzwerk Wirtschaft und Familie verliehen, einer Initiative aus angesehenen Krefelder Partnern wie der SWK AG, Sparkasse Krefeld, Agentur für Arbeit Krefeld, Jobcenter Krefeld, der Unternehmerschaft Niederrhein e. V., der Stadt Krefeld und der WFG Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft Krefeld mbH als Teil von KREFELD BUSINESS.

Frauke von Knoop, Werksleiterin, und Andreas Brandt, Marketing Manager, nahmen die Auszeichnung im Namen von Baumer hhs entgegen. Andreas Brandt betonte die Bedeutung dieses Preises für das Unternehmen: "Familienfreundlichkeit ist kein Trend, sondern eine Verpflichtung, die wir bei Baumer hhs fest in unserer Unternehmenskultur verankert haben. Nur durch ein Umfeld, das Beruf und Familie in Einklang bringt, können wir Mitarbeitende langfristig fördern und Fachkräfte gewinnen."

The 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 took place for the 13th time as part of PACK EXPO International.
Engineering students are encouraged to take part at the show, offering them a hands-on opportunity to explore the intellectual and creative challenges of a dynamic and fulfilling career in packaging.
During the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲, university teams from across the U.S. navigate the show floor, completing tasks and tackling problem-solving challenges at the booths of participating exhibitors.

𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗸 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹: 𝗩𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘇𝘂𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘇𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻
Vor zwei Jahren absolvierte Jannik Krichel ein Schülerpraktikum im Marketing bei Baumer hhs. Während dieser zwei Wochen stellte er fest, dass ihm praktische Tätigkeiten deutlich mehr Freude bereiten als die Arbeit im Büro. Diese Erkenntnis blieb auch uns nicht verborgen: Jannik blühte regelrecht auf, als er in die Produktion hineinschnupperte. Aufgrund seiner Motivation und Begeisterung haben wir eine neue Ausbildungsstelle speziell für ihn geschaffen – den Industriemechaniker. Damit erweitern wir unser Ausbildungsportfolio, das bereits den Beruf des Industriemechatronikers umfasst. Wir sind stolz darauf, Jannik auf seinem beruflichen Weg begleiten zu dürfen und wünschen ihm alles Gute für seine Zukunft bei Baumer hhs.

𝗪𝗶𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘇𝘆𝗸: 𝗩𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘇𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁
Auch die Geschichte von Wiktor Lazarczyk ist ein Beispiel für die Karrierechancen bei Baumer hhs. Wiktor begann bei uns als Hilfskraft im Lager. Doch sein Engagement, seine Freude an der Arbeit und sein stets hilfsbereiter Umgang mit Kollegen machten schnell deutlich, dass wir ihm eine langfristige Perspektive bieten wollen. Seit dem 1. September ist Wiktor nun Auszubildender zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik bei Baumer hhs. Wir freuen uns sehr, Wiktor als Teil unseres Teams zu haben und wünschen ihm viel Erfolg in seiner Ausbildung.
