6 kilometers, countless connections, and a true sense of team spirit: This year’s corporate run in Lüdenscheid once again brought colleagues from across the KOSTAL Group together 🏃 .

On Friday, July 3, the 22nd AOK Corporate Run took place. In perfect summer weather, employees from various business units and group companies tackled the course side by side, cheering each other on and enjoying an evening of sport, teamwork, and community.
After crossing the finish line, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a varied stage program provided the perfect setting to unwind together and build new connections.

A heartfelt thank you to the organizers, all the volunteers, and everyone who participated in making this event such a memorable experience. We’re already looking forward to next year! 💙

Technik zum Anfassen!
Im Rahmen ihrer Projektwoche zum Thema Kunststoff besuchten 13 Schülerinnen und Schüler des Bergstadt-Gymnasiums die KOSTAL Kontakt Systeme am Standort Lüdenscheid.
Nach einem Bericht rund um Thermoplaste durch einen Kollegen der Produktionsplanung ging es direkt in die Praxis: Bei der Besichtigung unserer Kunststoff-Spritzerei und Stanzerei konnten die Gäste moderne Fertigungsprozesse hautnah erleben.
Ein spannender Tag voller Neugier, Freude und Spaß an Technik – schön, dass ihr da wart! 🙌

Vor Kurzem ging es für unsere Azubis und Verbundstudierenden nach Köln!
Bei der Betriebsbesichtigung im Ford Cologne Electric Vehicle Center konnten sie spannende Einblicke in den Karosseriebau, die Endmontage und moderne Robotik gewinnen. Neben vielen neuen Eindrücken standen vor allem auch der gemeinsame Austausch und das Miteinander im Mittelpunkt.

Beim anschließenden 3D-Schwarzlicht-Minigolf waren dann noch einmal Teamgeist, Geschick und jede Menge gute Laune gefragt.

Ein erlebnisreicher Tag, der nicht nur spannende Perspektiven eröffnet, sondern auch den Teamspirit weiter gestärkt hat.
