18 years at LAP and today, we say thank you and goodbye. 💙
After 18 years, we are saying farewell to our dear colleague Caren Lüdemann.
As part of the sales team, she was responsible for our line lasers, supported customers, and actively helped shape the sales approach for her products. She especially remembers the many fascinating customer visits with her colleague Max Mandt-Merck.
But Caren’s favorite memories are the ones she shared with the people at LAP.
One example is the LAP ski trips: When she signed up for the first one, she could not ski at all and prepared as best she could at the Snow Dome. Today, she goes skiing once or twice a year and, as she says herself, is almost addicted to it. ⛷️
Other unforgettable moments include the LAP's team finishing second in the 110-kilometer “Lauf zwischen den Meeren” relay race and LAP’s 25th anniversary celebration aboard a sailing ship.
What Caren appreciated most about LAP was the international collaboration with people from different cultures. She also valued the opportunity to actively shape sales activities and work closely with colleagues across all departments.
Her advice to her colleagues:
“It helps, not to take yourself too seriously.”
Dear Caren, thank you for 18 years together, for your commitment, your sense of humor, and the many memories.
