That’s why our annual “Maibaumfest” is always one of the highlights of the year. Together, we raised the maypole, enjoyed great food and spent a wonderful evening filled with laughter, entertainment and great conversations.

Wiedersehen am Technologie-Stammtisch: Austausch auf der PaintExpo 2026

Austausch, Vernetzung und ein gemeinsamer Blick in die Zukunft - genau darum ging es bei unserem bereits zweiten gemeinsamen Technologie-Stammtisch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Volkswagen‑Konzern auf der diesjährigen PaintExpo.

Im Fokus standen AF (Automatisches Finish) und ADD (Automatic Defect Detection) - zwei Themen, die aktuell stark bewegen und zu einer spannenden Diskussion geführt haben. Gleichzeitig wurde einmal mehr deutlich, wie wertvoll die offenen, firmeninternen und markenübergreifenden Gespräche zu aktuellen Herausforderungen, Erfahrungen und Lösungsansätzen sind. Besonders gefreut hat uns das Wiedersehen, denn der Technologie-Stammtisch fand zum wiederholten Mal statt und knüpfte nahtlos an den vorherigen Austausch an. Der persönliche Dialog auf Augenhöhe zeigte erneut, wie wertvoll regelmäßige Treffen für den offenen Erfahrungsaustausch sind - sei es zu technologischen Fragestellungen, praktischen Herausforderungen oder zukünftigen Entwicklungen. Genau dieser direkte Kontakt ist ein zentraler Treiber für Innovation und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung.
