Ebenso besitzt die Firma zahlreiche Qualitätszertifikat wie zum Beispiel die große Schweißer-Eignung EN 1090-1/2 und EXC3. Neuentwicklungen werden auf eigenen Prüfständen getestet die bis zu 1650 Tonnen Zugkraft besitzen. Für den Offshore-Einsatz ist die Prüfung durch den Germanischen Lloyd, Lloyds Register oder Norske Veritas obligatorisch. Danach erhalten die Kunden eine umfassende Dokumentation. Erfahrene Ingenieure und Techniker sorgen für Service, Wartung und Reparatur, Schulungen und den korrekten Einsatz der Produkte. Mit seinen fast 130 Mitarbeitern kann SpanSet Axzion auf eine Vielzahl von Offshore Projekten und Sonderkonstruktionen blicken.

DIN EN 13155:2026: New Requirements for Verification Documentation 🔍

The new DIN EN 13155:2026 significantly tightens the verification requirements for components such as lifting beams, C-hooks, and crane forks.
In practice, load testing in particular is becoming increasingly important and is now the standard.

Insights into our Production Site in Neustrelitz 🔧

How are our lifting devices manufactured? Which production steps are required? And how do we test our products?

To gain firsthand insights into these processes, one of our apprentices recently visited our production site in Neustrelitz for the first time.
During the visit, he gained valuable insights into our manufacturing processes, had the opportunity to get hands-on experience, and learned about our 3,000-ton test stand, where lifting devices are tested under realistic operating conditions.

The visit also provided the opportunity to meet the team in Neustrelitz and experience the daily operations at our production site.

Cross-site experiences like these are an important part of our apprenticeship program. They help our apprentices develop a deeper understanding of our products and processes while bridging the gap between theory and practice.

We are proud to offer our young talents these valuable learning opportunities and to provide them with a comprehensive insight into the different areas of our company.
