Ebenso besitzt die Firma zahlreiche Qualitätszertifikat wie zum Beispiel die große Schweißer-Eignung EN 1090-1/2 und EXC3. Neuentwicklungen werden auf eigenen Prüfständen getestet die bis zu 1650 Tonnen Zugkraft besitzen. Für den Offshore-Einsatz ist die Prüfung durch den Germanischen Lloyd, Lloyds Register oder Norske Veritas obligatorisch. Danach erhalten die Kunden eine umfassende Dokumentation. Erfahrene Ingenieure und Techniker sorgen für Service, Wartung und Reparatur, Schulungen und den korrekten Einsatz der Produkte. Mit seinen fast 130 Mitarbeitern kann SpanSet Axzion auf eine Vielzahl von Offshore Projekten und Sonderkonstruktionen blicken.

Completely refurbished instead of replaced: Lifting and tilting device for the Senvion Rotor 6M 🔧

Our service experts have completely refurbished a worn-out lifting and tilting device for a Senvion Rotor 6M and restored it to working order.

Technical specifications:
▪️ WLL: 160,000 kg
▪️ Dead weight: 3,600 kg

The scope of work included:
✔️ Complete refurbishment
✔️ MT testing (magnetic particle testing) of the welds
✔️ Subsequent repainting

This is how we ensure that even heavily used lifting equipment can continue to be used safely and reliably.

Together with Evers GmbH we had the opportunity to develop a spreader beam with swiveling frame plates for asymmetrical loads. ✅

The spreader beam was manufactured at our facility in Neustrelitz and subsequently tested successfully on our in-house test stand. The load test was conducted with a test load of 5,000 kg and included full planning and supervision by our own specialists, along with a load test certificate.

With a dead weight of 160 kg, the spreader beam stands for precise construction, high quality and maximum safety in use.

Because safety is in the details. Quality determines the result.

What exactly happens during a DGUV V3 inspection?

The inspection of portable electrical equipment is conducted in accordance with DIN VDE 0701-0702 and involves several steps:
