Das Unternehmen liefert individuelle Sonderanfertigungen und Speziallösungen für die komplexen Anforderungen beim Transport und der Montage von Windkraftanlagen und anderen Großkomponenten. Von der Konstruktion bis zum Service sind bei SpanSet Axzion alle Produktstufen eng miteinander verzahnt. Das 7-Punkte-Programm QUALITY SEVEN steht für die streng überwachte Entstehung der Produkte in der hauseigenen Entwicklung und Produktion, beginnend vom Stahl bis hin zum fertigen Lastaufnahmemittel. Lastaufnahmemittel ist ein Standardprodukt. Die Verarbeitung hochwertiger Materialien und die Eigenkonstruktion der Produkte garantiert die optimale Funktion. Ebenso besitzt die Firma zahlreiche Qualitätszertifikat wie zum Beispiel die große Schweißer-Eignung EN 1090-1/2 und EXC3. Neuentwicklungen werden auf eigenen Prüfständen getestet die bis zu 1650 Tonnen Zugkraft besitzen. Für den Offshore-Einsatz ist die Prüfung durch den Germanischen Lloyd, Lloyds Register oder Norske Veritas obligatorisch. Danach erhalten die Kunden eine umfassende Dokumentation. Erfahrene Ingenieure und Techniker sorgen für Service, Wartung und Reparatur, Schulungen und den korrekten Einsatz der Produkte. Mit seinen fast 130 Mitarbeitern kann SpanSet Axzion auf eine Vielzahl von Offshore Projekten und Sonderkonstruktionen blicken.

Stronger Together—Across Locations and Training Years. 🤝

Twice a year, the trainees and trainers from SpanSet and SpanSet Axzion come together for a joint team-building event.

The team-building event offers the opportunity to get to know each other better across different training years and locations, make new connections, and strengthen team spirit. It also helps our new trainees quickly feel at home and get to know the other trainees and trainers.

This time, the day began in Hückelhoven with a roughly two-hour rowing trip on the Rur River. 🚣 After some initial difficulties, the teams quickly got in sync. After all, only with good coordination are you able to reach your goal together. 🎯

Afterwards, we headed to our location in Übach-Palenberg. During a fitness boot camp, the trainees and trainers competed against each other in various challenges. These challenges required, above all, teamwork, coordination, and mutual support. 💡

A day that brings us together and strengthens team spirit across locations and training years.

We’re already looking forward to our next team-building event together!

DIN EN 13155:2026: Plan Your Load Test Now 🔍

With DIN EN 13155:2026, load testing has become increasingly important in the verification of lifting equipment.

Do you have a lifting beam, a C-hook, a crane fork, or another lifting device that needs to be tested?
At SpanSet Axzion, we conduct load tests on our own test stands for both our own load-handling devices and those from other manufacturers, tailored to the specific test situation and in accordance with DIN EN 13155:2026, among other standards.

We support you every step of the way: from planning and designing the test setup, to conducting a load simulation that closely mimics real-life conditions using custom-made adapters, to the professional ex*****on of the load test.

WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 has come to an end, and we look back on four successful days at the trade fair. 🎖️

Many thanks to everyone who visited us at Booth 528 in Hall B7. The numerous technical discussions and in-depth exchanges about our wind energy solutions provided us with many valuable insights.

A special highlight was our joint exhibition presence with SpanSet GmbH & Co. KG, SpanSet secutex GmbH, SpanSet USA and Motion & Strategy, where we were able to showcase our diverse expertise and solutions for the wind industry.

A big thank you goes to our booth team, who were on site with full dedication throughout all four days of the trade show, as well as to all our colleagues who worked behind the scenes on planning, organizing, and preparing for the event. We’re taking many new contacts and exciting insights with us from Hamburg and look forward to the upcoming projects.

DIN EN 13155:2026: Load Tests Continue to Increase in Importance 🔍

With the new DIN EN 13155:2026 standard, the requirements for verifying lifting equipment are becoming more demanding. Load testing plays a central role in this process.

Do you need to have a lifting equipment tested, or do you require standard-compliant verification for your application?

On our in-house test stand, we conduct load tests in accordance with DIN EN 13155:2026 - both for our own lifting equipment and for third-party products.

We support you from the initial specification through to the test results:

✔️ Planning and design of the specific test setup
✔️ Realistic load simulation using custom-made test adapters
✔️ Non-destructive testing before and after the load test, upon request
✔️ Testing in accordance with DIN EN 13155:2026 as well as international standards such as NORSOK, ASME, or AS
