What a remarkable way to wrap up 2025.
We began the year facing major challenges, but we transformed it into the most successful year in our company’s history!

And this success could truly be felt at our annual works council meeting. The room was filled with bright smiles and genuine joy.
One of the evening’s standout moments came when the managing directors announced a generous bonus for everyone - including our apprentices.
But it was more than a bonus; it was a heartfelt recognition of the passion, dedication, and tireless hard work that every team member contributed throughout the year.
A true acknowledgment of the heart and soul of our company.

Looking back, 2025 reminded us that when we face challenges together, there is nothing we cannot achieve.

🚣‍♂️ TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK – EVEN ON WATER! 🌊

Last week, we brought together all our apprentices for a special Activity Day – and what a day it was!

We especially welcomed our new apprentices, who had just started with us, and joined forces with those who are already further along in their journey. It was the perfect opportunity for everyone to connect, collaborate – and get a little wet!

The challenge: build your own raft, hit the river, and steer through curves and small rapids, guided by experienced instructors. Of course, we also took time to relax and enjoy a well-earned BBQ together. 🔥🌭

It was a fantastic day full of energy, creativity, and team spirit. We're proud to support so many motivated young people and are excited to see their paths unfold with us! 🙌

🎌 HONORED TO WELCOME DISTINGUISHED GUESTS AT MILEI! 🎌

A few days ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming Japanese Consul General Kenichi Bessho and Member of the German Parliament Axel Müller to our site in Leutkirch. Their visit is a strong sign of appreciation and reflects the importance of the long-standing and successful partnership between MILEI GmbH and our parent company Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. in Japan.

After a warm welcome and a brief company presentation by our CEO Jens Kutschera, our guests were guided through a virtual tour of our production facilities by our COO Philipp Rastl. 🏭
They engaged in open dialogue about current challenges, innovation, and sustainability efforts – a great exchange that reflected the spirit of collaboration and transparency at MILEI.

Consul General Kenichi Bessho reaffirmed the value of personal exchange and called MILEI an “impressive example of German-Japanese cooperation.” He emphasized the consulate’s commitment to supporting such partnerships and strengthening the ties between Japan and Germany. 🤝

MP Axel Müller highlighted the importance of strong international relationships and expressed pride in seeing how many successful companies with Japanese roots are contributing to the region. 🌍

We are proud to be part of this global collaboration and grateful for the recognition of our team's daily efforts. 👏

🎓 FROM APPRENTICES TO PROFESSIONALS – CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEWEST GRADUATES!

Several years of dedication, growth, and hands-on experience have come to a successful close – and we’re incredibly proud to share that all of our apprentices who took their final exams have passed! 👏

This year, four of our apprentices successfully completed their training:
🥛 2 Dairy Technologists
💼 1 Industrial Management Assistant
💻 1 IT Specialist for System Integration

Each of them brought motivation, curiosity, and fresh energy to our teams – and their success reflects not only their commitment but also the strength of our training program.

At MILEI, we believe in investing in the future – by offering real opportunities, expert guidance, and a supportive environment where young talents can grow and thrive. 🌱

Huge congratulations to our newly qualified professionals Emma, Tobias, Batu, and Paul – and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported them along the way! ✨

🏐 BEACH VIBES, TEAM SPIRIT AND A SPOT IN THE FINALS! ☀️

Team MILEI hit the sand for the company beach volleyball tournament at the Altstadt-Sommerfestival Leutkirch – and what a fantastic event it was! 🎉

As a proud sponsor of the festival, it was great to not only support the event, but also take part ourselves – right in the middle of the action. 💪

We battled through some tough, hard-fought matches and made it all the way to the final, where we faced a strong opponent from Volksbank Allgäu-Oberschwaben. In the end, we finished second – but with our amazing colleagues cheering us on, it felt like a win in every way. 🏆

This event once again showed the incredible team spirit that defines us – both on and off the court. 🙌

We're already looking forward to coming back even stronger next year! ✨

🌟 CELEBRATING TOGETHER - BECAUSE WE ARE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK! 🌟

Yesterday, the entire MILEI team was invited by our management to a special lunch break – as a big thank you for the incredible team spirit that helped us earn the Great Place To Work award this year. 🎉

Sai Thai Restaurant & Bar, an authentic Thai restaurant in Leutkirch, came by with their food truck and served up delicious Thai classics – from spicy curries to Pad Thai and homemade spring rolls – giving us the perfect opportunity to take a break, enjoy some great food, and spend time together. 🍽️

A huge thank you to the Sai Thai team for the fantastic food and smooth service – we were truly impressed and very satisfied! 🙏😊

Shared moments like these are more than just a lunch break – they’re a reflection of who we are. Team spirit, appreciation and enjoyment – that’s what LIVE. LOVE. ENJOY. means to us. 💙

🔥 GRILL & CHILL: A DELICIOUS BBQ THANKS TO OUR WORKS COUNCIL!

Last week our MILEI Works Council threw a fantastic BBQ party for the entire team. 🎉
The food was absolutely delicious, with something to satisfy every taste bud 😋. From juicy pulled beef to tasty vegetarian gyros 🌱 — everyone found something to enjoy!

Our colleagues had an awesome time, enjoying great company and good vibes all around. 🤗

SWEAT, SMILES & TEAM SPIRIT: MILEI RUNS THE ALLGÄU VOLKSLAUF! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The 53rd International Allgäu Volkslauf took place last weekend – and many MILEI team members were part of it!
With perfect weather, fantastic atmosphere, and great team spirit, everyone gave their best on and off the track.

We were also present at the finish line with our very own MILEI pavilion, where we handed out free protein ice cream to all visitors and participants – a refreshing treat that brought many smiles! 🍦😋

Events like these remind us of what makes MILEI so special – teamwork, energy and enthusiasm. 💪

A big thank you to everyone who participated and cheered us on. We are proud to be part of this amazing team.
