ONE DAY AT THE ALLGÄUER FESTWOCHE 2026! 💙🌟

The Allgäuer Festwoche has come to an end, and we’re looking back on a wonderful day at the Haus der Werte!
The exhibition was a great opportunity to connect with visitors, share insights into MILEI, and show what makes us a great place to work, grow, and be part of.

We were especially happy to have our colleagues stop by the booth. A wonderful example of what our MILEI team spirit is all about: LIVE. LOVE. ENJOY.
So, what better way to wrap up the day than by celebrating together in the beer tent? 🍻🥳

WE ORDERED SUNSHINE. WE GOT MEMORIES INSTEAD. ☀️🥂

Our MILEI Summer BBQ started under perfect conditions:
sunshine, a beautiful outdoor setting, and conversations flowing from one table to the next. Add cool drinks, great food and unplugged live music, and it felt like the perfect summer evening.

Until the weather decided to join the party. 🌧️

Within minutes, everyone was completely soaked, and our terrace opening turned into an indoor kitchen party.
Looking back, that unexpected change of plans was probably the highlight of the evening.

Because sometimes it's the moments you never plan that stay with you: the laughter, the wet hair, the teamwork of carrying the pavilion through the rain, and all the little moments in between.

And years from now, we won't remember the rain.
We'll remember how it felt to truly LIVE. LOVE. ENJOY.💙

✨🥂 CLOSING THE YEAR ON A HIGH NOTE! 🥂✨

What a remarkable way to wrap up 2025.
We began the year facing major challenges, but we transformed it into the most successful year in our company’s history!

And this success could truly be felt at our annual works council meeting. The room was filled with bright smiles and genuine joy.
One of the evening’s standout moments came when the managing directors announced a generous bonus for everyone - including our apprentices.
But it was more than a bonus; it was a heartfelt recognition of the passion, dedication, and tireless hard work that every team member contributed throughout the year.
A true acknowledgment of the heart and soul of our company.

Looking back, 2025 reminded us that when we face challenges together, there is nothing we cannot achieve.
