A significant step is taking place at MERZ Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH: After many years in management, Holger Merz is handing over responsibility to Andreas Brazke, who will lead the company as Technical Managing Director together with J. Damaschke, Commercial Managing Director.
Andreas Brazke brings 25 years of experience in corporate development. He began his career at MERZ in final assembly and field service, later working as Deputy Assembly Manager and in pneumatic project planning. He then moved through design & development into sales.
As the former Head of Sales, he knows both the international markets and the requirements and wishes of customers in great detail. In recent years, he has actively accompanied the positive development of MERZ and provided important impulses for growth and internationalization.
