Our Cultural Journey Day reminded us how much we can learn when we make space to hear each other’s perspectives.

For Cultural Journey Day, ROSEN colleagues around the world stepped away from the usual routine for coffee conversations, team challenges, workshops, project showcases, and honest discussions. Teams explored what helps them thrive, from clearer communication and stronger collaboration to inclusion, ownership, and customer focus.

What made the day special was that no two locations did it the same way. Yet the conversations shared a common thread: culture isn't a poster on the wall. It’s how we listen, solve problems, support each other, and show up every day.

Thank you to everyone who brought their ideas, energy, and perspective to the conversation.

The keg was tapped! 🍻🥨

Last weekend, we celebrated our first ROSEN Oktoberfest in Lingen, Germany, bringing colleagues together for an evening filled with great food, music, and plenty of Oktoberfest spirit.

Dirndl and lederhosen set the scene as we kicked off the evening with the traditional tapping of the keg. From there, there was plenty to experience: bull riding, traditional Oktoberfest games, live music, and, of course, lots of dancing.

The most important parts of the night were spending time together, having fun, and creating great memories that surpass the workplace. The brass band “Tinner Jäger”, DJ Sascha, and the “Hüttenstürmer” kept the energy high throughout the evening and made sure the dance floor stayed busy.

Sharing our experience with those in training is one of the best ways to contribute to the development of the industry.

Alongside CEFET in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we had an excellent journey with "Diving into ROSEN's World" within the course: Introduction to Pipeline Transportation – Module 2.

We had the pleasure of bringing students closer to the real world of the industry and presenting up close the capabilities, operational experience, and technologies we work with at ROSEN to protect the integrity of critical assets.

Building these human and technical bridges with academia deeply motivates us to continue driving talent in the sector.

We thank CEFET and its students for making this meeting possible.

During Module 3 of the ROSEN Management Talent Program, participants came together in St. Gallen to learn, exchange ideas, and reflect on how leadership shapes both people and performance.

From Healthy Self-Leadership and psychological safety to AI-powered innovation projects, the week offered valuable insights, meaningful conversations, and new perspectives.

Together with ASME Foundation, we are proud to congratulate Dr. Kshama Roy, Subashish Kundu Sunny, and Abdullah Muhammad Asif, winners of the 2026 Hermann Rosen Award for Pipeline Innovation.

Their project, PIPEGEO: An Integrated Pipeline Integrity Assessment Platform for Evolving Ground Deformation, was recognized at the award ceremony during the International Pipeline Conference (IPC) in Calgary, Canada.

By combining satellite monitoring, engineering expertise, and advanced analytics, the team developed an innovative approach to help pipeline operators better understand and manage geohazard risks.

Great ideas can come from anywhere. Turning them into real-world impact takes curiosity, dedication, and the courage to challenge what's possible.

Congratulations to this year's winners and to all finalists whose creativity, dedication, and passion for engineering continue to drive innovation across our industry.

Some of the strongest connections are built beyond the workplace.

Recently, our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan, hosted its very first Family Day, bringing together employees, partners, and children for a day full of laughter, games, conversations, and shared experiences.

While the kids enjoyed a dedicated entertainment program, colleagues connected in a relaxed setting, strengthened relationships, and created memories with their families. Events like these remind us that a great workplace is about more than what we achieve together. It's also about the community we build along the way.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this special day such a success. We hope this is the start of a wonderful tradition in Almaty!

One of the smallest inspection tools in ROSEN's fleet is 3 inches (7.6 cm) in diameter, designed for pipelines as narrow as a coffee mug. ☕

Pipelines of this size are commonly found in applications where space is limited, but integrity remains just as important.

Now imagine fitting sensors, electronics, batteries, data storage, and navigation systems into a tool small enough to travel through a 3-inch pipeline while still collecting the high-quality inspection data operators rely on.
Small tool, but big engineering challenge.

On August 14, our Radebeul team (Germany) came together to celebrate not only a fantastic summer evening but also the 5th anniversary of our Radebeul office.

From volleyball and table tennis tournaments to family activities, great food, and countless conversations, the event was filled with team spirit, laughter, and memorable moments.

A special highlight of the evening was the live performance by our colleagues from RoJAM. With two bands taking the stage this year, they had everyone singing, dancing, and celebrating together. 🎸🎶

Thank you to everyone who made this event so special. Here's to five successful years in Radebeul and many more to come!
