Strong winds, calm hearts, and a whole lot of team spirit ⛵
For four days in mid-June, 39 colleagues from across FORVIA set sail on the Ijsselmeer, spreading out over 8 boats. This year was extra special: for the first time, 4 colleagues from FORVIA HELLA in Lippstadt joined the fleet and were warmly welcomed into the sailing community.
The wind had other plans, so only 2 boats reached Medemblik while the rest found harbor in Urk and Enkhuizen. The crews reunited in Workum and made their way back to Lemmer together. No sailing experience needed, just the willingness to be part of the crew.
