An important step towards the future: on 29 July 2026, the purchase agreement was signed under which ARBURG will acquire the Dutch injection moulding machine manufacturer Stork IMM. Through this strategic acquisition, we are working together with Stork IMM to strengthen our position in the global market and are making targeted, focused and long-term investments in the future of plastics processing. At the same time, we are creating even greater added value for our customers through combined expertise, innovative technologies and an expanded portfolio of solutions.
